Jane, I just adore your Dad! He's amazing! When I saw that Saf had made a hard candy making video I hoped it would be @ Lofty Persuits! I've been watching your Dad's videos for YEARS now, and he's just an amazing rennaisance man. Is there anything he can't do, or doesn't know something about? Something a lot of candy makers I watch say is, essentially, "it's just candy". No one is living or dying on whether it comes out perfectly, or even right. It's a delightfully "hakuna matata" outlook.

Greg, Jake and Chris are AMAZING artists! Saf looked SO focused on getting it right...which is understandable considering how seriously tough this looks

After rewatching this video multiple times, I really want a franken-hard candy with every flavour and colour of the store.

Greg has clearly taught several daughters to make candy. His patience and kindness is unmatched!

I've rewatched this video so many times and I think one of the (underratedly) best parts is at 14:21. Watching Jake run back up while repeating "keep rolling," then reassuring her, is so wholesome. I think that's one of the many moments in this video where you can tell how much the staff genuinely care about making sure Saf felt comfortable while she learned at a rapid pace

I love how patient and encouraging the candy experts are. They are super nice.

My daughter and I LOVE Lofty Pursuits. We live a few hours away in Pensacola but we stop by whenever we are in town to watch them make candy and load up on their amazing vegan ice cream. I'm so glad you bring attention to small businesses ❤️

I’ve watched these guys for a long while, they’re like this all the time. Super friendly, super funny, and hearing their banter makes each video amazing to listen to. Them and Hercules are great channels if you like watching these types of people banter and work, they are sister stores after all lmao.

This was released a year ago and I've only recently come across Lofty. The algorithm is weird man. Great video and super satisfying to watch these masters at work.

Lofty Pursuits has been a staple of my life since they converted to an ice cream parlor. I’m so glad that you got to experience this with them, the team and Greg are all so lovely! Lofty Pursuits has been there when I celebrated my sisters graduation, MY graduation, when I got accepted to college, and most recently I brought my then boyfriend (soon to be fiance and one month to the day anniversary husband) when we visited my parents. Watching this video is making me so nostalgic. I think I’m gonna try to book a flight soon to go home and see my parents and visit Loftys 😂

This shows how different things are around the world. As someone who lives in England if you go to the beach you can buy just sticks of this with designs/ writing inside yeah this looks really fun, I love your videos so thanks :)
