I made an 18th-century Little Red Riding Hood Cloak and you can make it too! (Reposting with music)

Reposting this video as I accidentally left out the music! I made an 18th-century-inspired cardinal cloak so that I could have a Little Red Riding Hood Cloak for myself. Even better, I made a pattern for it so that you can make one as well!
Here is where you can buy the pattern for only 5 euros: withmyhandsdream.com/shop/18t...

I hope anyone new to sewing watches your videos and takes note of your attention to detail and can-do attitude. It's refreshing to see someone take the time and effort as you do, great work! Your daughter's story was beautiful and she appeared to enjoy herself too!

Thank you! She mostly directed herself and I tried to keep up with her with my camera. Therefore some of the footage is a bit shaky! But it was so fun!

@@withmyhandsdream Don't worry, it's more natural that way and only you notice those little things. ;-))

Thank you! I was so annoyed when I noticed the lack of music this morning. I’m so glad that you rewatched it!

What a lovely video! I appreciate your step by step description, from initial planning, patterning and construction process. While I can't print out a PDF pattern at present, the links, along with your video, will be enough for me to make my own cardinal cloak. And the ending dramatized story was absolutely charming! Thanks!

Oh, you always find a way to make a video more than just about historical fashion. I find particularly amazing the footages in the forest. What a wonderful scenery! And your daughter's tale is just the sweetest thing. She's a bright one, congratulations for her and for you! :)
