I would hang the chain's rings all around the body with the zip ties, and use another shirt on top of that to cover it up and stitch it to the one underneath, and the same for the pants.

11:25 I haven’t seen any weighted “suits” before - but weighted clothing (ie: shirts and shorts/pants) exist, as well as ankle weights, wrist weights, and heavy helmets. Additionally, there are boxing suits that use resistance bands and/or cables to add resistance to movement (punches).

My idea: A bodysuit that has hooks on each limb and joint so you can target a specific resistance move. Example: Say you want to target triceps ideally you would connect a band from your shoulder to your hand and have one connected to your inner bicep for stability. Or it could have the same tension effects that a bike brake brake is under using wire and springs. Idk would be cool to always be working out while doing your day to day.

I had a chainmail shirt that weighed 30 lbs and man it was a hard workout just doing ordinary activities. Medieval solders were buff for a reason. To clean it you put it in a bucket of sand with a strong lid and roll it back and forth. You need actual armor type and not the costume stuff.

Try this with a wetsuit and lead rope. "What is Lead-Rope? Lead-Rope generally looks like normal everyday rope. However, as the name suggests, Lead is contained within the synthetic poly rope. This obviously makes it a heavy rope, which is an ideal property for certain applications. Applications: Professional fishing: Used as method of weighing the bottom of a fishing net down. General netting: Used as a method of weighing down Sports and Bird netting. "

I use a length of chain wrapped around my waste. Instead of a west. it's so much cheaper and it doesn't load the spine. It isn't the most comfortable thing thou.
