add footsteps sound and creepy music playing every time u get in a room(make a special one for each room) and also make a hoo hoo sound for the monster and a shadow for the cutscene a tip: 1. Add a tape that u will insert in the tv showing nothing with a disturbing sound that makes the monster know ur place 2. make a story like in place of the monster make a female ghost that represents the mother of the child who died and told her child to clean the house as her last word and if he did not she attack him(just for an example) and u can create a cutscene before the game start that shows the child holding his mom bleeding while she is telling him to take care of the house each morning. 3. add a lighter that shows less than the flashlight or even candles. 4. add an Ouija board where the mom spawns instead of the window 5. when the boy goes to sleep make the ghost sing a lullaby ( a good and creepy one at the same time( creepy cuz the sound of the ghost will be weird)) And all of those advices were only my personal point of view so I understand if u don't like them or think that u can make better changes written by a fan that hopes the best for u

This guy is so underrated srsly he made an entire game in just a week I don't even get CLOSE to that you deserve more subs

*A suggestion form my side* : When the game starts you can add a cutscene where the kid is just lying on the bed on his phone when he suddenly remembers that he had to do chores and checks the time and sees that its already 7am and when he gets up there is suddenly and power cut and has to find a torch to start doing his chore. TBH this game looks really incredible and the graphics and the mechanism is too good....loved it ❤❤

I actually really like this game idea, although it could use some polishing. The mechanics for the tasks are really simple, which I think is a really good idea, and makes the game really engaging and a lot of fun. Some things I would do is make the game soother, with cleaner movements, and a lot of bug fixes, because I saw a lot just in the video, but it is still a great idea. Good job!

you could add a "self-defense" ending where our player character let's call him "Timothy" grabs the knife from the kitchen and shivs the monster in the throat, or the turkey could be used as a "thanks giving ending" either way your game looks top-dollar mang

I wonder if you can make a part 2 but btw heres a suggestion of part 2: Cutscene: you wake up in the monsters home (exactly where he lives also the place where he puts the humans at not at the torturing place), you tried finding the alarm clock but you realize you cant find it, so you tried exploring but you forgot a note behind you. The note text: dear human, i trapped you here and here is your chores for trying to escape... First chore: find 0/5 missing human parts and bring them in room you have been staying. Second chore: find 0/3 keys but you need the 3 keys to unlock locked rooms Last chore: FIND A SWORD AND K!LL ME (unlocked when finishing the first and second chore) Once you've deafeated the monster, you got a key and it leads to an locked exit, you have 20s to get to the exit or you get a cutscene. The cutscene when you did not get to the exit for 20s: You got tired here and you fell down, the monster gets up and comes to you, it starts eating your flesh to death. (Game over cutscene) A cutscene when you made it: You had a hard work, you got tired, you decided to go home, your mom and dad was there, you lived happily ever there, luckily the monster wont come anymore.

i played this game when i searched horror indie games and i didnt know it was made by a youtuber its really well made but i couldnt beat it

Yo I challenge you to make a game about the show supernatural in a month (you can’t) If you want some things that could be of help it could be a level based game and you choose levels with newspaper articles or it’s a random monster each time As an example you see the article “animal attack in Sioux Falls” and then you can head there find evidence on WHAT it is then interrogate people to figure out WHO it is and at the end you fight the monster
