Did you know that the discount allowed for electric vehicles ends on 31 December 2025? As of January 1st 2026 all electric cars will also have to pay the full ULEZ charge. Google it. So that puts paid to the environmental cover Khan has used (proven falsified scientific readings of air pollution purported to be caused by petrol vehicles) to try to gain public acceptance for ULEZ. Once all the infrastructure is in place, the plan to have a pay by the mile charge will be instigated, as well as 15 minute city corralling. Freedom of movement is being eviscerated for all except the extremely rich. The environmental cost of creating & disposing of all those electric vehicle electric batteries is WAY more polluting than that caused by petrol cars. Electromagnetic pollution inside of a metal electric vehicle is a huge health risk. So until the human race develops the ability to teleport, any form of transport has environmental costs. What I object to is ULEZ technology being used to remove the populace's freedom of movement. Once a government gains more power, it is never given back.

Not sure about this Owen, I am 100% behind the people of Gaza, I’m against Islamophobic, and antisemitism hatred, in fact against all hatred to my fellow humans. But the crime in london is ridiculous, areas have changed very dramatically, I can’t see how this does not fall at least partly on khans doorstep.

This is nonsense, crime is not 'ridiculous'. There was one more homicide in London last year compared to the year he was elected, and London's population has grown proportionally far more than that. Crime has been rising nationwide - it is primarily a responsibility of central government, who has repeatedly cut police funding (while Khan did the opposite).

You are a wonderful young man. You always put lots of thoughts in your words before being spoken. Excellent!

My brother lived in London for over 10 years but came home last year (to Australia). He said he'd rather raise his kids here than in a tiny apartment in such a city. I vote Green in Australia too. Labor in Australia are equally pro establishment.

Khan need to go, destroyed local business due to ULez, council tax increase. The cost of public transport most expensive in Europe, lack of new homes

I lost about £3.5k total (and have been waiting 5 months for scrappage money, +£2k if thats rejected) and was forced to buy a car with worse emissions for the same money, or pay an extra grand for one with the same emissions... and I live next to Heathrow which is expanding. The idea it's mostly harmless is the con and you're spreading it.

Violent crime is out of control and has risen dramatically since Khan has been Mayor, Khan, refuses point blank to acknowledge that fact just like most politicians in the west refuse to acknowledge there’s a genocide occurring in Gaza. Astaghfirullah. Enough, he had 2 terms of office.

Since his I'm not voting Labour, he's been less on our screens. Wish I could afford to vote for another party. I can, but I live in a part of the country & of a family that feel like they have been cut of, made to feel inferior, offer mental health support to my niece & nephew. Anything that takes this government out of power, my family, friends & town are desperate to see it done. I agree that Labour should do more - but we need a government, and our MP's to listen. Some of us need a bit of help through this tough time. Not money or benefits but real jobs with hours per week, dentists, doctors, specialists. Surely Labour need to start somewhere - why not start at the basics & work upwards.
