A lot of retirees like Seneca, SC, which is a town over from Clemson. As far as transportation, Clemson has their CAT bus service. Seneca video kzread.info/dash/bejne/f6NmrrWdfK2_ZM4.htmlsi=X87wLVE93MH12g0v

We have CAT busses but this is downtown Clemson...retirees don't move downtown lol with a bunch of college kids lol

Clemson's cat bus travels all the way to Pendelton where it meets up with the city of Anderson bus lines so you can go from Clemson to downtown Anderson with not much difficulty

Clemson, SC, town center is nice, but smaller, beautiful, vibrant town centers (like the countless ones you have already videoed) with historic architecture and more one of a kind shops, restaurants, and beautiful floral-driven streetscapes are much nicer.
