I find it ominous that our mc did not seem to follow through on that last promise.

Thank you so much Jordan!! I'm sorry I missed the premier but I'm listening now. I have to go and meet the GM at the gas station I had my interview at the other morning. I guess it's going to be like a second interview. Bad news is that someone stole my wallet 😭. Luckily I had my license at home cuz I forgot it. I was walking so I wasn't worried about it. Anyways my s.s. card is now gone so I have to get a new one. That takes 2 weeks cuz they mail it. I'm really hoping that they will let me start without my s.s. card until I get it 🙏🤞. I'll find out tomorrow i guess.

I think the story is well written, and I get this is a horror/nosleep story… but man the MC kinda sucks. I’m sorry, but he’s lived a thousand years, done “countless” things to break the loop, and in the end he’s still in the same area, in the same life, with the same wife? Points for loyalty to love, but how do you get to the point of deleting yourself, but you’ve never done anything daring? Never tried to take over the world? Jump start space travel? Learn everything about magic you possibly can? How was he still waiting for someone to save him? I was kinda reminded of that Dave episode of Rick and Morty. I don’t think I’d go back to the carpet store, but this MC definitely would.
