5:48 Not certain I'd say I ever "hated" furries, but upon my first introduction I was very much poking at the fandom with a 10ft pole and roleplaying around the community as if I already was a furry until I was 100% certain if it was for me. that practically how it worked for me too. The things i was already comfortable with other people had given a name to, and started communities. It was easy to "blend in"

It’s honestly really funny as someone who watched Beta’s pre-furry work to remember when that shift happened and realise how long ago it was. The pipeline is real and it’s beautiful. As for my own results: I only got bingo once on each despite managing to fill about half the card both times. Realistically, I was writing furry fiction as far back as middle school, so the better part of twenty years, but I didn’t really interact much with the fandom until near the end of my teens, maybe circa 2010 or so? It’s still been a long, long time. But I’ve always been more on the periphery of the fandom than actively involved in person, partly because going to cons costs money I only rarely have, and partly because I’m from Philadelphia and for a long time we didn’t really have a dedicated fur con here despite being one of the biggest cities on the East Coast. Hopefully this will change going forward.

Half my family knows. Knights ARE badass. I own a robotic hand. In 3 furry discords. In 3 furry subreddits. Card 2: I have a fursona. I have and have had multiple pets. I have a few photos of protos. I do opt for anthro characters a lot. I have roleplayed 3 times with other furs. I occasionally watch cartoons. I owned a few stuffed animals. Havent hugged a suiter, but i have a few pictures. Yes, i love animals. Friend is a fur. Did one piece of furry art. Used to have stuffed animals. Used to date a non-fur turned fur. Saw zootopia... in a hospital bed. I LOVE talking to characters in storys.
