I think few people understand what a mammoth amount of time and energy it takes to produce videos of this quality - literally what normally takes both a sizable production and a post-production team to achieve - and all the while living a life interesting enough to film and at the same time still doing the work it takes to pay the bills. Thanks for exceptional channel that we all enjoy so much, and good on you for taking a chance on leaving your comfort zone at this time to expand your horizons. You're blessed to have the people around you like Ally, and your buddy Jared to help you make the progress you have on the house, and of course to make the channel so well rounded. Looking forward to seeing things unfold.

I love following the great work you and Ally are putting into your cabin and home. Trial and error equals to great knowledge and wisdom a gift you can pass on to your kids as well. Keep up the great work and thanks for cooling my heels down here. You bring the season into our homes and it’s great. Can’t wait till Fall😊

As a 50 year old who has backed himself into a corner, so to speak, financially and otherwise, you are at the perfect time to seize any opportunity like this that pops up. Keep exploring, learning, growing. When it's time to settle down (so to speak), wether thats kids or staying closer to home, you will know. Thank you also for reminding this old man to get outside more, even in the city and all of the inspiring videos.

I am a videographer and editor myself. This is some of the most amazing and wholesome content out there. From when I was a kid and living in South Africa I had this idealistic idea of what the USA must be like. Every thought and feeling that I could ever dream up is captured and made real in these videos. The way you capture the every day life, the incredible scenery, the cool music and cosy voice over recordings. The final color grade that gives it a feeling of good times from the past. It immediately transports me to a different place where any dream is possible. Watching these submerges the viewer into a wonderful experience and lets us dream of what is possible. Great films are not always about the best lighting or camera work. It is the way it makes you feel from the moment that you start watching. You have been able to get all the elements just right to be able to create a very safe, unique and cosy feeling about these videos. It is like sitting on the porch with a good cup of coffee in hand and looking out over a spectacular view! Well done on these!

You are both amazing and so talented.Keep it up,I would be very sad if you did not make these videos........my grandaughter and myself.....took my Mini Cooper to Vermont last year after my hubby passed,as he always said he would take me there. My mom had the same issues with AAA, if you contact them and they didn't complete the service promised and scheduled. I know the tow was at your expense. You can send them the receipt and they will pay for it and potentially compensate you. New adventure is always a good thing. Life has a way of making it all seem worth while. Enjoy your time with friends and learn something new. Looks like you completed your drainage issue. New drive, and an old truck repair and with no despair a new adventure to the coast. God Bless, be good. Damn good Kid here as well. Life is so grand!

I really love your style of your "reality show". It is so uplifting , unlike the trash they put on normal tv/cable. I always leave feeling better after watching one of your videos. I prefer programming with excellence and integrity. Thank you for your positivity and added value you give so freely to all of us. You have touched my heart in many ways; you don't even realize. I sincerely appreciate all of your hard work. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. Best of luck to the both of you. I hope you find your next career and adventure soul fulfilling. God bless. 💞

Great content and editing. Absolutely love the simplicity of it all. I just bought land outside of the city myself and your videos are getting me hyped for this exact lifestyle ahead! Also thank you for being realistic and authentic. I personally think we get too much content now a days showing mainly the highlights and picture perfectness of it all. Life is never turnkey, easy and perfect.

I’ve been following along since the beginning, and I’m still blown away by both the imagery you depict and the messages you convey. I have always admired your patience and dedication to the older vehicles that you own and run. Many people may not realize how much work these vehicles require . One must be truly passionate and patient to consistently put up with these beautiful and often fickle beasts. The labour of love is worth it because the “set backs” often force us to slow down and smell the roses. I can’t wait to see the cottage videos. FAIR WARNING - you may become fully addicted to the seaside life. Cheers! And please reach out if you ever visit the east coast of Canada 🤙

Just an observation about your roof on the new home. If you need some breathing room, and are not ready to replace the roof, the leak is most likely due to the skylight. Putting just a new skylight or looking at the flashing could buy you a couple of years. I had a roofer that said when you replace a roof you should replace the skylights.

Love all your content, but this video spoke to my soul. You normalize everyday challenges and aren’t afraid to get dirty to get ahead. That’s a good reminder to all of us if it’s not worth investing in, it’s not worth having.... whatever ‘it’ may be. Thank you for always being so humble and reminding us of true importance in life. I take a lot away from your videos, Kyle, and this one felt most wholesome to my soul. 🙏🏻

the no.1 priority should be the leaky roof and basement, not a truck. thats where you stand to lose the most money. you driveway needs a ditch next to it so it doesnt wash out befote you smooth out the driveway
