Thanks for sharing this sweet slice of your life! As someone who's not a mom yet, I love seeing the realism and challenges of going from 1 to 2 kids. Great job on your solo errand!!
I, too, absolutely loved it when my second got old enough to play with my oldest. Watching their imaginations and bonding was the best. It won't be long until you're there!
My two favorite structured carriers are the Tula lite and Ergo Baby. The Tula is great for quick up and downs and it's so simple to put on. And my daughter loves forward facing in the Ergo (she's 12 months)
You are doing phenomenal mama! Way to get out there and try it out and hype yourself up. Love your vlogs. Love your updates.
Get the Wildbird Aerial carrier!! I had the same one you do but it’s now donated because the Aerial is amazing.
I am 6 weeks postpartum with my second baby as well! It helps to see a fellow mom figuring the same things i am. Thank you for making these videos :)
Highly recommend the mabe carrier. I have 2 under 2 and couldn’t survive without it.
You look so healthy! I'm glad you are finding your ever changing mom rhythm.
I tried many carriers and I love my ergo baby 360 mesh. Its amazing! I love it so much! It’s so comfortable and baby love it. I still use it and she’s 13 months ❤️
If you're ever looking for a video idea, I would love to know how you style your hair! Mine's a similar length and I just cannot figure out how to do curls like that without my ends being too ringlety or flipping out haha. No pressure to do a whole video just for me hahaha but hey if you want to I'd love to see that! Your hair is always so cute!
So sweet!💕 Our second girl is 4 weeks old and my toddler is almost 2.5 so I’m right there with you. My husband only had a week off and it was definitely an adjustment and I still lose brain cells when I’m trying to figure out who to help first but it gets better! Some things that have helped me are getting up before them to get myself ready like you already do or if we have a long night I will put baby in the pack and play in our bathroom and turn on a show for my toddler in our bedroom if I really am in a pinch. Also if I’m trying to get out of the house I have found I focus on my newborn while my toddler plays (feed, burp, change) and put her in the car seat and then I start getting my toddler ready (change, shoes, potential giant feelings trying to leave, etc). Then I assist toddler to the car or carry her if needed and then put baby in. That’s all I’ve got and very basic things that help my chaotic brain😂😅
How to put a newborn to sleep, can you make a video? from crying to falling asleep in your arms, thank you
My favorite carriers are the Happy Baby carrier and the Tula. Good luck finding a good fit :)

Tula are great. And pretty!
Lilibebe has been great for us! Heard Beth Moore talk about the mabe wrap being super good’
It’s pricey (I got mine for $180) and sometimes not in stock, but the WildBird carrier is the BEST carrier I have ever had, and I’ve had quite a few. Great resale value or will last with multiple babies.
The Liliebaby is wonderful for a carrier for little ones is great. You can put them on your back and front facing after 6 months I believe. It has some really great features including support for mama. But it’s very important to have the baby’s hips in the right position as some of the other carriers do not do that including the Björn and is not the most comfortable for parents. I also loved the Boba for fitting a baby up through toddlers! Lenny Lamb is a really soft comfy carrier to check into as well. Some places have a lending library so you can try a few different ones and someone to help you get fitted properly.
7 weeks!?! What a blessing to your entire family 💙 my husband only took 2 work days (plus one weekend) off when we had our three children and now with number 4 on the way it sounds like it will be the same 😅😂 he unfortunately doesn’t get any paternity leave. I can only imagine how amazing it would be to have him home for at least the first few weeks. I love hearing how appreciative you are of your husband and the time he gets with your growing family! Congrats to you all 🤍🤍
Momcozy has been great! I had the baby bajron and I didn’t love it either
Love love love the wildbird carrier! It is pricey but when you baby wear for hours a day, it is totally worth it!
My absolute fave structured baby carrier is the Beco Gemini baby carrier.
I love the ergobaby embrace! It’s so easy to use and buckle by yourself and it’s nice and comfy! My little guy is a few pounds from out growing it and he’s almost 13 months, so on the search for a new one! You are rocking this mama! 🤍
The infantino one is good!!
My daughter is getting married in June! So exciting! We had her bridal shower last weekend. Every baby is so different...one of my daughter's was a great sleeper and the next one had colic and cried for moths...it was so hard but we made it :)
We loved the ergobaby 360! And you are doing an awesome job!
Thanks for sharing. It's so impressive to see how well you are doing.
Tula the mesh one was my favorite for my small frame.
My daughter Sofia knows it’s hard but also rewarding
