Going natural is not an easy process, especially when going grey as well. I definitely get inspired by how you take such good care of your hair. Going through the process. Thank you!😊

@ibyou5062 currently I'm using African pride moisture miracle leave in conditioner. It's super hydrating, but the only catch is that sometimes it can flake, but not much. But my hair loves it.

Girl.. this is the most heartwarming post for me. You’re like my internet big sis, I’ve been here since you washed your hair once a month. I’m so happy to see how healthy your hair is, and I’m even more happy to see you advocate for 4c people. It’s so fun to binge watch your channel and learn more about hair, God, and skin. I love it!!

That’s what it is. I once heard a hairstylist say. That these “protective styles” are just ways that people neglect their hair when don’t have the patience to deal with it in its natural form. The women around me stay in “protective styles”, AKA wigs very 2 for weeks, then braids for 6-8weeks, yet my hair seems to grow more than theirs because I leave it out and just have a strict regiment.

  • @NanaNaima1

@@aminam6430 not everyone can leave their hair out. Protective styles allow hair to maintain moisture for longer periods of time while keeping it stretched to combat single strand knots.

Hi, I bought some of your hair cream and oil. I figure maybe I’m not using it right because I ran out of the cream after 4 uses 😂😂😂😂 do I only need a little or is okay that I use quite a bit. Im buying more because it really moisturizes my hair and I have dry thick hair. I notice when I put it in my hair when it’s wet, the moisture really stays for a couple days.

I always tell people to think of their hair like its a plant. Plants need water, light and nurturing to grow, which is exactly what hair needs to grow. I think something about hair being exposed to air and light help with growing more than protective styling, at least that has been my experience.
