That’s what it is. I once heard a hairstylist say. That these “protective styles” are just ways that people neglect their hair when don’t have the patience to deal with it in its natural form. The women around me stay in “protective styles”, AKA wigs very 2 for weeks, then braids for 6-8weeks, yet my hair seems to grow more than theirs because I leave it out and just have a strict regiment.

Hi, I bought some of your hair cream and oil. I figure maybe I’m not using it right because I ran out of the cream after 4 uses 😂😂😂😂 do I only need a little or is okay that I use quite a bit. Im buying more because it really moisturizes my hair and I have dry thick hair. I notice when I put it in my hair when it’s wet, the moisture really stays for a couple days.

I always tell people to think of their hair like its a plant. Plants need water, light and nurturing to grow, which is exactly what hair needs to grow. I think something about hair being exposed to air and light help with growing more than protective styling, at least that has been my experience.

I always watch your videos. I’ve even purchased your products before. I always hear you say you have type 4 hair. Your hair is 3C like my daughter’s hair. I have type 4 hair. A, B and C. I just feel like that is a false statement. At the end of the day, you can call your hair whatever type you want, but I think honesty and clarity is better. IJS
