Due to Religious reasons. Birth Control is looked down on. Look how much the population goes up every year. A small country. Only 300,000 sq kms. Here in Canada it's just under 10 million sq kms. Over 30 times bigger then the Philippines. They have 3 times our population. I have a gf there. I've done a lot of research.
