@@donaldlyons17the rule of thumb in tourneys is have 50-100x ur buy in as bankroll. He is playing 25-50$ tourneys trying to jump the start (which he can do ofc since its just a challenge not his life) Also u def cant live off of poker if u have a 200$ bankroll, pretty sure nobody ever said anything else

You could (should?) have some better graphics detailing how the bankroll got built up so far. Split it out by subscriber dimes, selling personal stuff and income - and append buy-in losses and poker winnings at the end for the total. Would make this a lot easier to track and way more immersive IMO.

So if hes raising 200+ day 1..160 the next day..and another 40 bucks from subs..that puts him at 400 dollars atleast, probably more. So are we going to see you track all your earnings and all your losses? Or are we going to pretend its all from poker winnings? I dont get it..I dont see the accurate tracking and dont see this as being very straight foward.

I have to ask why you tortured yourself by coming to the Ontario pool it's very soft yes but no chances to win big. Or are you looking to small ball your way to a huge roll. I'm just curious about why you would chose to play in Ontario. When you normally played in the world player pool? Edit I love the new concept behind the new videos. Very big brother esq but cooler bc its poker haha

  • @Dendelin007

this is actually kinda lame, i mean i salute the effort and the whole idea behind it, it is more like reality television of Kevin Martin than any poker challenge starting FROM ZERO to begin with. Starting bankroll from poker perspective should be playing freerols, playing for free tickets to $5 donkaments and trying to spin it up. Not selling stuff, going to work and playing 22-55$ tourneys claiming to get to 5k bankroll. With pretty huge hot run you could achieve this in one session anyway.

Still cool challenge lets not say your starting over though. that would be getting a job to pay essentials; while saving enough roll to gamble off of. its funny cause I'm actually in that situation. Was a pro player for 5 years... now im back to playing part time tryin to rebuild. its going... meh
