Man this vid accualy made me emotional. Ive been hanging around since like 20 k subs and now i look at an elite KZreadr with a big audience. I mean look at you you have grown so unbelivably much and you totally deserve it. Your World is by far the best one ive ever seen and im serious. Man I conect so many personal memories with the series. I think imma go back and watch some old vids of yours ;). Its sad that its coming to an end but life goes on and so does your channel. Im very exited for your new series and new vids. I just hope that there will be a return to the world sometime but who knows :). Fishing is so underrated. I can relate to so many of your ideas and approach to early game, side note that iron farm looks ideal for my own skyblock world. Anyway, can be hard to continue doing something that was a fun escape that turns into something you have to do. Instead of just sharing the projects you once looked forward to it becomes a product that must be packaged and sold. Just binged all of these! I really enjoyed watching your journey, and I wasn't expecting to feel sad that it was over! Feel even more sad that Reeces couldn't be with you at the end.

I appreciate all the videos that you've posted and to bring us along on your journey, your the only KZreadr that showed me building in Minecraft can be frustrating/ challenging and sometimes you won't always get a build you expected but it's those small things that make you feel confident and proud of what you made no matter how big or small the build is, showing us that failure doesn't always mean a bad thing. I hope you do come back but I also want to thank you for the years of memories that your channel has given me.

It's definitely sad you're quitting, but I get it. Whatever makes you happy I will support you. I will always remember the days of when you were at 17k and posting amazing videos that cheered me up. Can't wait to see what you do next

Wow it's coming to an end and as emotional as I am I am happy about it, I enjoy watching the builds come together and sometimes fall apart but this series was a journey. I thank mongo for this wonderful adventure, through COVID I still looked forward to his videos and it was kinda my light at the end of the tunnel. Seeing this world come to an pause makes me realize how grateful I am. So thank you!

Sounds like you have a career now. Picking a job you enjoy and slowly adding more pressure in order to move up, adding things you never intended on doing for the sake of the business over your enjoyment. One that quits at this stage only gets to remember success.

I know I'm late but I came back after a little but because I never saw another hardcore episode in my notifications so I thought you died. To hear you're leaving made me emotional because I've been here since episode 7 was released, which wasn't the absolute begining but close enough for you to know how much I loved these videos. I was always so happy to see an upload from you and grab a snack to see what you were gonna do in the next episode. I never missed and upload and when they started to get scarce I was a little worried it would come to this. It's sad to hear that you feel like you're playing for us ant not for yourself, but I completely understand. I hope one day sooner or later you'll come back with a motivation to create something huge again. Thanks for being my personal favorite minecraft youtuber, and always being funny and entertaining. i came back to your channel to see how much youve grown because ive been around since 9k i even took a picture of ur account at 14k cus i knew youd make it big. i was also a frequenter of your streams and i was their for your 2000 days anyway i was going through your videos and saw this because i wanted to see the old world that i was watching you build i hope whatever you do next makes you happy but i am sad to see it go. edit: i also remember playing marbles on stream and getting second. just though that was cool it was just me and like 5 other people. good times.

This was a wonderful walk down memory lane and I really enjoyed the style. You do what you want to do, whether that means Minecraft or something else. We'll be here for whatever ride you want to take us.

This is heartbreaking to see you quit but it is a unic way to end your world but its okay that you want to quit your world and you know that we will be with in your new journey

I may sound silly getting sentimental over minecraft here but these comments are getting sappy so I can too... I am beyond grateful for this world; crazy to think what a wild spin on life I had after finding this series, and just your channel in general. Not just the builds, but the community you built off of this world is fantastic, and I couldn't be happier that I stumbled into it. I got a little teary eyed watching this tour ngl, and especially seeing all the stream clips, whether they were from 8pm or 3am, knowing I was there just made me feel something. I may not have been here since the start but I feel like the 1000 days video is where a lot of people found you, so it feels like a start enough to me. Ever since then, whether it was videos or streams, I've loved watching the community grow, and so many of the people in this community mean so much to me, there is nothing better to me than getting to talk to everyone every day in the discord and getting up to some shenanigans on the smp (shoutout to shenanigang

I just wanna say that I'm happy for you, for being honest with yourself and honest with us. I understand that this wasn't an easy thing to do, and that it was a risk for you to take, but I appreciate what you did and why. Nothing lasts forever, and whether you die in hardcore or not is only a small part of that. Even if you wanted to quit minecraft, youtube, and playing any game ever again cause of burn out, those would be good choices to make for your health and I would understand. Burn out sucks but it doesn't mean you're a failure, it just means you need to move onto better things. I'm looking forward to whatever you do next, especially if it's deceit season 3. I *loved* watching your absolute killer game play in season 2, I introduced it to my partner and you were his favourite narrator cause you brought the intrigue, the deception, the plot and the charismatic strategy. We were HERE for you. The show goes on and I want you to really enjoy whatever you're working on next, whatever that is, and do what is right for you. Much love!

I have a request for a video it might not be in hard-core but u are still great! I just wanted you to try and get every item in mincraft if you don't it's totally fine I understand 🙂

I know this is pretty random, but I just realized that you made your channel on my birthday 😂

now the question is - What are we doing now? like cmon, asking "what r u gonna do now?" doesn't make sense cause the entire reason u decided to quit hardcore because it was not much audience interaction. so "we" will be a better term. Back to the question - I don't really know, what to recommend, cause Let's plays are the most common thing that people-who-decide-to-shift-content makes. U can try out Minecraft maps, and mini game servers (yes, I am talking about the MCCI and TubNet servers) and heck, even SMPs (which is still entertaining imo, watching my fav streamers goofing around and having fun, mongo doing mongo things, tan doing tan things, legs doing legs things) I am still waiting for when Legs decides to create Deceit S3... I respect your decision, and I hope u will have a good time going forward.

I had the same thing happen to me with the marine monument after finishing my wither skeleton farm in my survival world. Lots of slabs placed. Then 1.17 came out, I never updated my survival world... and I never opened it again.
