Can't wait for the next vlog!!! I literally cry every time I watch a labour vlog and balled at the end of this vlog. Cant wait to see the birth compared to fox 😍 we were 10 weeks apart my little man was born 31st December 21 (due date 28th)

For anyone wondering, the comb trick totally works! We forgot combs, so used phone charger plugs instead. I squeezed so hard I bruised my hands but it was a total game changer!

I had SPD in my first pregnancy, turning over in bed was the worst!!! The amazing thing that I experienced was that literally as soon as I gave birth it completely went away. Also, I went to 40weeks + 12 days in my second pregnancy so I know how frustrating that is too. Sending you all the best xxx

With the combs.. I did similar but my muscles really tensed up in my shoulders so I literally had my husband squeezing my shoulder muscles during each contraction.. it helped but I was left wondering why I had bruises the next day 😅I was also induced so everything was a bit more intense (2nd baby)
