Fox telling Sarah she is his best friend made me smile so big. I remember just months ago her breaking down over his favoritism towards Kurt (more so the tantrums Fox would have when Kurt would leave and Sarah had to deal with it). He’s such a loving child. I love seeing him grow and learn how to express himself.

This has seriously been one of my favorite vlogs you’ve ever done. I love seeing your family grow and change. Healthy families are an absolutely critical part of a healthy lifestyle. I understand not wanting to make your channel into a kids-focused channel, but your life is a lot different now than it was 4 years ago (and thank You, Jesus, for those gifts!). Even though I’m not married or have kids, I feel like I’ve transitioned with you from my whole life being about working out, to my whole life being much more sustainably healthy and fun. Thanks for growing up with us, Sarah 😊

I understand the hair!!! we let our son keep his long hair, not one single cut or trim nothing for 5 years (!!!) until he was ready himself and could fully consent and this made the entire experience so emotional haha and he was so happy and sat so still because HE wanted it cut. ❤️ we will do the same with our 3 year old too.
