I'm a little late to the party here, but I teared up watching this. All because of YOU, Ryan. You make me very proud of my country.

It made me cry too. I've never been so proud as to be a Canadian. Like Ryan, I live in the states but I will never give up my Canadian Citizenship for anyone. He's the only Canadian actor that gives so much back to Canada and he makes sure that its name is mentioned in just about every movie he makes. Love you Ryan Love you Canada,

The most Canadian thing I've ever seen is a sign attached to the fence surrounding an irrigation dam. It simply says "Please Do Not Vandalize This Dam." Add it's working! I was recently by that way and stopped to see if it's still there. It is, badly sun-faded, but still there nearly 30 years after I first saw it, and the dam is still in mint condition. It hasn't even been tagged. How Canadian is that? A sign asks people to not wreck something, and people have obeyed the sign for decades. I'm convinced it's because they said "please." 🙂

I’m not sure if ever anybody got this kind of recognition, but he truly deserves it and apparently he is much more than we would know if they don’t reveal how much help he gave to others. I don't know if you even read these or not Mr. Reynolds, but either way here it is...don't ever change. If it hasn't happened yet, then it probably won't, but don't ever change who you are. On behalf of all Canadians, thank you for being a part of our lives. This song is amazing and based on everything we know about you, you are truly worthy of our admiration and respect. Pretty hard not to love a person who is proud of his roots, works his butt off and does everything possible to give back because he can. I love his movies, his ads, his whatever it may be because he entertains the hell out of me. LOL Thanks for being just exactly who you are. Canada is proud to call you ours ❤

As a father of a daughter who's life was saved by the doctors and surgeons at SickKids along with my own back in 1985 after being hit by a car I truly appreciate you recognizing all of the national institutions that make us Canadian and represent our humble attempt at altruism in a bit of a messy World. You know you must be special when an entire country loves you, technically multiple countries. Honestly nobody can thank this man enough for all he has done for charity and our entertainment

I love this! I love the choice of singer/songwriter. It suits Ryan's personality that it's 'wholesome and a little bit cheesy with a catchy chorus' honestly!

The fact that some of us didn't know all the good work he's done just goes to show you how awesome he is, he helps out without bragging or posting about it. Ryan you're amazing!!!! 

This made me cry! He totally deserves this and appreciate what he has done to keep me laughing during the pandemic. Laughter is everything to me, it is my medicine. So yes, thank you Ryan, I love ya!
