I think SSO would improve a lot if, instead of punishing you for coming back after a break by having sad slow horses, they rewarded people for logging in regularly with shillings or other items. Like a log in streak thing.

there’s a glitch where if you spend one day of stable care and proceed to pick, water and brush your horse, it counts as days cared for so you can just immediately go from one bar to four. super useful for taking out a horse for racing

they’re constantly changing the jumps of the horses so the fastest horse always changes 😭

its the servers of sso, theres always lag between players so you might be first on your screen but it shows you as 4th or something.

I lost my irl horse 2 months ago and when I’m sad bc she’s gone I come here to watch ur videos they cheer me up

They change a lot fr. I don’t think you should quit it just yet though. There’s a lot of stuff coming up and new horses coming out. But I’m not the boss of you so do what you feel is best❤(btw I have done those mega speed boosts on accident and went up like 5 places bc of it. It’s so funny and cool🤣)

I really enjoyed today’s sso yapping session!

I still enjoy playing but I wish there was more to do. Like yes the horse models are getting REALLY good but they’re always releasing new horses. Need to be more quests, a few more features for the horses in the game. And I wish they’d increase the max level from 15 to like 20. Why can’t the horses be faster!?

This yes why are our horses stuck at lvl 15 anyways the only reason i could think of is that it would break animations or bug out something like that but still and we need new quests i restarted playing during Halloween last year and im almost finished the entire main quest line the only reason i haven’t is cause of real life

I’m so upset that they removed the old quarters and paints and Appaloosas, I was taking a break when they got removed and I just now started getting into racing again and I only have one old Appaloosa ;-; I wish they would do an old horses bazaar where they bring back the gen 1 and 2 Horses so the players that were unable to get the old paints can get them

I love the gardening concept, it gets really repetitive really fast, I think it would be better if we can have a faster way to plant instead of walking up to each plot and having the struggle of clicking them lol. ALSO- you do not have to stay online for them to grow! I would say the only useful recipes is horse treats, xp elixir, and rarity fertilizer. Flax+ jute and moss + rubia = to lumopetals and flax + bee balm/ bee balm + chamomile = druids sorrow! Those combinations I use the most because I use those plants frequently. Hope this helps anyone haha

I agree , it’s the only thing I can do in game now (finished everything lol) and the only thing I wish you could like mass plant and grab plants , and mass produce potions and stuff instead of doing it one by one

A little bit clickbaity with that title. But IF you WERE going to leave SSO forever like how I did after the character update. I'd recommend Wild Horse Island, Horse Life (beta), Rival Stars Horse Racing, The Ranch of Rivershine, Astride (it's getting better, but only buy it if you're ok with taking chances), Alicia online, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Palworld (it does have a couple horse type Pals to tame and ride, force them to work with you on the farm if you want).

I was JUST thinking of getting this game too. I used to have a horse but he passed so I'm living through games now

So what do you think about the fix on the jump starts on daily races? No more shaving off some time to get a better time on a race.

i used to be a racer as well, and recently i sold three pages of medals, but that's not the point, anyways, i tried doing a champ and failed MISERABLY i was embarrassed to the core

excited to do champ on old horse, old horse depressed, loses championship, rages, tries to buy old horse (fails), uses an xp potion on horse he spent 2 hours getting, only gives 100 exp. does another champ, horse still sad, fails for most of the race, gets fourth.

Honestly... The reason I quit was because cuz I was sick of waiting YEARS for 30mins or a week of storyline. Then they lag too much for my laptop anymore. hey!! I'm considering downloading star stable but I've never played it before. always watched it as a kid tho and I was obsessed. I've got a laptop now and I'm beginning to wonder whether I should try it out or not? I've heard some mixed opinions - some people are saying the game has changed a lot (in a somewhat negative way?) but other players say the game is still good or maybe even better than before. so now I'm not sure what to do. could any current sso players tell me if it's worth it or not? thank u sm

As a old/newish player myself (started in 2018 came back in 2020) I would say that it is worth giving a shot. Fair warning though for beginners you only get 3 days of free star rider which is basically access to the open world map. Once the three days are up you only have a select amount of areas to go to. You can pay for a month of star rider which is by far the cheapest option. If you already knew that though then I just rambled for no reason haha. It is a good cozy game for horse lovers and while yes there will always be a back and forth in the community of how people want the game to be. It still has charm and I enjoy the improvements the team has made over the last few years. I think the thing old players and some new players miss is the atmosphere the old game had. If you want more info into that I suggest checking out Kitti Spiderwebs Videos here on youtube which explain what some people mean by the game has changed. Once players reach level 23 or 25 there aren't very many quests left and there isn't much to do which is why a lot of people get bored very easily. I have gotten bored a little with the game at times too but I always come back to it cause I love horses and Star Stable is just a comfortable space for me. It might not be the way it was but I think the team is working very hard to bring us more. I hope this wasn't to long of a response and that whatever you decide to do just have fun.

I reported the Jorvik Wild horses like 3 times, since december, they are still not fixed and super bugged, ugh.

deadass just got my old quarter horse out to see did they break them even more or fix their jump and nope still broken, still disappointed. honestly so sad cuz that used to be my fav horse and now i can't even buy a paint one lol

Guys what if we just stop paying for star rider. Think abt it, if no one pays, they'd have to lower the price or remove it, or perhaps add a one time payment like 30 bucks. I'm sick of paying 10 bucks a month for it, we're eating from the palms of their greedy hands.
