Tharu are one of the native people of Nepal. I really love their culture. Most of the native group of people (younger generations) are so into modernization; they completely forget their roots, culture; traditions. Its good to see these tharu community still keeping the culture alive.

You had to keep so much patience while making that last part, and it's very applauding. I couldn't help adoring the way you sit there crouching alongside her, questioning and listening to her like an enthusiastic child. This scene gave me a childhood vibe. I used to sit by my mother looking and waiting patiently till she prepared all the items and serve us the food. It would be hours or sometime couple and I used to fall asleep next to her while she prepared all the items.

What I like most about this video and its main character is the awesome efforts he puts in learning and enjoying Nepali culture, especially the Tharu culture. His Nepali speaking adds a sweet flavor to it. His photography is flawless which is evident by the capture of the sun set scene. This video should be widely followed by all tourists coming to Nepal and even by those who have not made any such plans yet but are looking for a shangrila in the future. Kudos to Nepali Tanguy Dai.

His channel is relatively new, the first video is just 4 months old, so that is the age of the channel. I think 25k in four months is already good enough, but, he sure deserves a lot more, given the quality if his content and I am sure he will get there.

Love this! Reminds me of the amazing trip I had to Chitwan, Nepal in 2016 part of my 1st Nepal trip seeing Tharu Dance in a building rather than outdoors and doing nature trip! Love how the males and females dance with sticks and reminds me of Garba which Gujuratis from India do. Wonder if there any connection?
