A few things. There's no way this game could learn anything from cursed clash because this game has been in development for at least 2 years, probably longer. Kubo leaked that this was in development when someone asked about a console game 2 years ago. We didn't even know about the JJK game 2 years ago. Bleach has had like 3 arena fighters before. But only 3 out of maybe 10+ games. It's the first console game back. It's ok for it to be an arena fighter. Especially since it feels like they put actual passion and effort into it. It wouldn't be my first choice for a game but i'm not upset. If we get another game that isn't a sequel and its another arena fighter then i will be upset. Theres soul resonance coming out for mobile and hopefully PC which has similarities to an arena fighter but it is a different genre. Then theres soul puzzle which is literally candy crush. So theres alternatives for the desperate.

Did they mention something about having different story beats? I don't remember that on the presentation... At least not with the Bleach game, i remember that on the DBZ game...

Yyyeeesss an open world game like elden ring would fit so many anime

EVO TOMORROW - SUNDAY! PRAY FOR MORE BLEACH AND SPARKING ZERO INFO! While it may be upsetting to some that it may be a 3d brawler, if this game REALLY REALLY TAKES OFF, More Bleach games could be made in the future! it makes total sense to make one for bleach to help get newer viewers into the bleach universe! maybe 2d fighters and other types in the long run!

Mainly because it's all we ever get when it comes to anime games, they are about 80% fighting games. Just wanted to see something different like the ps3 bleach game.

Nobody needs to list 10 arena games to make you understand why some people are tired of them. We're had the likes of Demon slayer, Jjk, Naruto, Jump Force all just be arena style games with 3 of them not being successful. When have you last heard about the demon slayer game and all you hear about the jjk game along with Jump force are how bad they are... Arena games are very simplistic and hit or miss, you either get a hit like the Storm games or you get the jjk arena game. Me personally won't dismiss the game just over the fact it's an arena but I can understand and even agree that we don't need another anime arena game after already getting recent ones...

Bleach is a really good anime I can't wait for the game and next season of tybw
