Do you have any advice on shipping other treats like cupcakes? Keeping the items cool is puzzling

Ah yes puzzling for sure! Cupcakes have a whole other set of challenges because of the frosting. I've seen some brands ship the muffins and the frosting in a separate piping bag so people can assemble it once they receive them. Melissa's cupcakes ships them and I think so does Sprinkles. A good place to start might be ordering some (or checking unboxing videos) to see how they do it and go backwards from there.
