Wonderful! After reading so many recipes and how-tos, this is the first video that actually showed the technique of how to fold and when to add the fillings.

I could sit here and just watch this person make crepes all day long. This was so mesmerizing. :)

You guys have NO IDEA how THANKFUL I am towards you for uploading this video. Where I work, recently, we added crepes to our menu and I was TERRIFIED of this cause I literally SUCK at making stuff like this. I can't even make a damn pancake without messing it up. So I struggled so much cause my boss told us to make them in a WHOLE different way than yours. So now I know a TOTALLY easy way to make them and I'm honestly, REALLY thankful towards you. The fillings can be full of sugar, but crêpe batter is mostly flour, milk and eggs. Tho you can use some sugar and vanilla to sweeten it up.

+Ninten Onett - The actual crepe recipe does not contain sugar - its milk, eggs, flour and a little oil and salt. You can fill them with whatever you like. Some delicious crab filled crepes...or if you're also an "I don't eat meat....if you have any imagination - you can find something to put in them - they are a vehicle to fill.

Since Crepes are so thin, The heat coming from the bottom side goes trhough the crepe and cooks the top, while it isnt crispy, its still soft and cooked.
