I just want to say thank you. About a year ago or'so, I was barely coming out a long depression that lasted for years. I watched a lot of your videos at the time. I do remember one advise of yours that struck me and that I did not get at the time: get momentum, and don't lose momentum. I do get it now. Thanks.

THANK YOU BRENDON!!! This video is amazing, and comes to me at the perfect time! I admit I have been feeling discouraged these last couple of weeks, and I am going through some huge shifts, which are disorienting. But I am extremely excited to hear these tips and I know they will help me when I put them into practice! Especially interested in learning what my future higher self has to say to me because he knows things I definitely don’t know yet, and is at a level of success and happiness that I can only dream of! And he knows what I need to do. Thank you so much. My planners have been sitting on my desk waiting for me. Time to actually make use of them. You are an inspiration, and I send you and Denise much love. ⚡️🙏⚡️ ⚡️❤️🧡💛💚💙💜💖⚡️ 🌈x

set up a daily routine with positive habits, eat 3 healthy meals a day, exercise 3-4 times a week with cardio and weightlifting, and write to-do lists for your next day every night before you sleep. set up reminders on your phone that reminds to do all of this every morning and night. use trello to track your daily and weekly progress. start with small consistency so you don't lose yourself in the void of anxious thinking. all of these things will help provide positive feedback loops that will make you less anxious and more likely to accomplish tasks to move you in the right direction again. godspeed brother.

I am a 15 year old homeschooler. I don't have many friends, and only one I can remotely open up to on this level (but he lives far away) . My sister is very needy and is having intense struggles with concerntration, so my mother spends most of school time with her. This means I have been left to once a week 10 minute online meetings with teachers, and my own devices. I also live in South Africa where the education standards are way lower than the cambridge checkpoint I'm doing, so I am not used to the level of thinking that I am doing. It burns me out really quick. I am having major problems trying to get myself to do the work. How do you motivate yourself to get stuff done?

I was also homeschooled without much help. Try to get your hands on a relatively new GED book even though don't technically need it for a while. That is a good summary of everything you'll need, so you know what you'll need to focus on a lot more. Also, maybe you can talk to your mom and see if she would be willing to schedule an hour with you once a week or so, and you could just be prepared to ask her the more difficult questions so you're able to make the most of your time together. I hope this helps, and just try not to get discouraged!🙂👍
