Ghosts and mysteries of a historical hotel is one thing, but this extremely powerful and dangerous cult is not going to find his goofy antics cute. This is a FAFO situation and I genuinely hope he sees these comments on here about it because this is an incredibly terrible idea. I don't want to see anything happen to him or his family because I think they're all very sweet and fun, I really don't think he actually understands just how bad this could be for him literally overnight. It's a bad place. People disappear. I moved to Clearwater, FL (the headquarters) and lived there for 7 years. We spent 14 hours of the day doing labor with no pay. I eventually started to make my way up the ranks in Scientology and I moved to LA then I got to OT iii. That’s when you hear about the Xenu alien crap and I WAS NOT buying it! And I asked somebody if there were buying it, they snitched on me and I got beat SEVERELY, i still have a scar on my shoulder. It was at that point where I was like: NUH UH I’M GETTING TF OUTTA HERE. I have pulicllly spokes out about them and gotten death threats. I am close friends with Mike Rinder, another Scientologist who escaped and has spoken out. After leaving I got my GED and went to college where I got a degree in Nutrition sciences and I am now a Registered dietitian!

Okay I know I’m a few days late, but no one else is doing it so I’ll be that person. For all my confused people out there, here’s a summary. This is the church of Scientology. It’s located in Los Angeles, and was founded in 1954. No one really knows what goes on in there, as it’s really hard to leave once you’re in. If you’re ever on the streets of LA, and you pass these people, just keep walking. Because if you do have even just a little interaction they will try to lure you in and make it nearly impossible for you to leave. There are strict policies set by the members of this “church” and contracts that you have to sign. From a google search, it says they believe that “people are immortal alien beings (called thetans) who have forgotten their true nature and are trapped on earth in a human body.” That’s about all the information I know from a video my friend sent me, and from what I just googled, so if anyone wants to add anything go ahead. But that’s the basis of this cult, and as more information gets out people are becoming very critical of it. I know this isn’t a lot of information but I hope this helps a little bit. Stay safe out there everybody

I once got a small book in 2005 from a street vender i gave my email address (i had no clue what scientology was or had even heard of it i thought it was just to get told of book offers) Im still getting emails in 2024 i block their emails report as spam ive told them multiple times im not interested but they use a different email adress every time.
