You really dont have to commit in marriage to a single card game. You can just be a "card game content creator", just give yourself some time in the game that excites you at the time. One week we get Snap, one week LoR, and maybe other games as well. We really dont need this entire ceremony every time you burn out on a game.

Also is counterproductive for himself because he starts trying a new game on stream, he start’s liking it/liking it back, and then he goes in this mystical crisis where he has to understand what he wanna do if is just a week or he want to do the switch and all this stuff. Meanwhile he goes through this identity crisis he leaves YT rotting into oblivion. BRO, just make highlights about what you are enjoying streaming at the moment and that’s it. After one months of only MTG people will guess you are enjoying it more then snap, easy!

I first got into MTG but had no LGS, and I also had no PC at the time to play arena, and then, I stumbled on LoR, which many said is somewhat similar to Magic, so I got into LoR (which has a mobile version). Then discovered your channel, been following you since the LoR era. Then you announced that you're gonna be focusing more on Snap, and that was also the time I got into college and happened to find an LGS in the City where I went for college, and played paper MTG. I've always liked your approach to presenting decks you're excited about and explaining the intricacies of those decks regardless of the game. Happy to see you making Magic content again! While you were away, they went from a 2-year to 3-year standard. When the next set Bloomburrow comes out in August, the 4 oldest sets: Midnight Hunt, Crimson Vow, Kamigawa Neon Dynasty, and Streets of New Capenna will rotate out.

I tried, I *tried* to keep subbed to this channel to keep that small level of support I could bring, but I just couldn't keep up with Snap content. Hey Mogwai, I stray from your channel from time to time as I'm also an adult and my interests shift from time to time but as a card gamer myself I always love coming back to see how you're doing. Been following since before the pokemon showdown days lol. Once LOR rotations hit I kinda felt like the game wasn't going to move into a good place so haven't touched the game in a long while. I was torn between flesh and blood as it seems unique but I don't think they have an official client yet that impresses me and then of course MTGA which my major issue is that it's just so hard to get back up and running on because of the vast amount of cards and the financial aspect of it. I remember spending $250 for a mtga deck a few years ago and about 13 cards were banned the following month. I've been getting the card game itch again and I'm happy to see you moving back to MTGA as I believe I'm getting ready to make the same move. Glad to hear you're looking out for yourself and that everything is going well. I'll buy you and myself some packs the next time I can catch a stream, cheers

I’ve really been enjoying your recent magic streams. I hope you play snap occasionally again, because those streams are very fun to watch too… But definitely play what you enjoy and what inspires you. You have a unique cerebral approach to deck building I find very fun to watch, with both magic and snap. I hope whatever you decide, it works out for you. I’ll tune in either way. Watching you play magic, got me to redownload it on my iPad, and I’ve been playing occasional games against bots. It’s so nice to be able to play against bots, when I don’t feel up to going against a real person. I wish snap would add that in. Maybe someday.

Dear Mr. Mogwai please do yourself a favor and don't focus on just MTG alone. Focusing on it for a majority of your content is a sound decision given your reasoning but no game can be played forever. There has not been a single youtuber playing any game that I know of that focussed on just a single game for years were you couldn't feel exactly what you were describing regarding your feelings for SNAP. If there is a content draught for one game and another has new deck building opportunities that exite you just make a video on that please. You enjoying bringing new decks to us is the content we crave. The game is secondary :)

It's a fun new experiencie, interacting vs 3 other players at the same time is nuts and highly competitive. I think that on youtube no one will be able to match you as an mtg content creator, I hope that you will explore the various formats other than standard aswell!
