Somthing that I noticed In der8auer's video, there are warranty stickers, right there before you remove the panel, which is super odd. Also , you could have disassembled the GPU in order to see that VRMs are not water cooled but cooled by the fans, which is super negative for the longevity of that GPU. Finally, yes, 25mm thickness fans, do fit there and offer some additional cooling. All in all, nice review. May I add that I would buy the case alone ONLY for my Living room? (HTPC) It's beautiful for such display, but I would never consider it for my main rig!

The case is beautiful, but I'm guessing people will have to wait at least a few years until the components gets outdated before we will see these systems turn up cheap on the used market.

yes, I found this review of thechtesters a bit superficial. "A bit loud under load"? This thing roars like a lion as soon as you hit the power button. Thankfully there other channels to enlighten us on such things

The price is insanely high for what you get. I built system with 13900k and 4090 1,5 years ago, when prices were much higher with complete custom water cooling and it came out cheaper and it is soo much quiter.

Did you see DerBauer review with the fans being connected wrong in the case? Pretty much.... what a mistake to make. It is a very spiffy looking case that will look great in a lawyer's office.... hence rich people

The price is way too high compared to the convenience it provides and the board not even being Z690 or Z790 is really weird for such high end parts
The price is well.. it is what it is i guess.. I disagree that cooling 200W for this size of a case is great, there are smaller cases out there that give better cooling options for these power hungry CPUs. I think corsair really missed the mark here by not putting atleast a 240mm AIO in here.

Yeah, the CPU cooler is not going to cut it. Nice case, I really like the concept.
I'm wondering if a 240mm AIO for CPU would fit, as the 120mm is installed at a 90 degree angle of what a 240mm would be. But then I'm thinking, would it be possible to serial connect 2 120mm radiators, 1 on each fan, but that would then most likely require custom parts, as I don't think you'd be able to mess with an AIO, or at least it would be a real hassle.

I still think it's a shame Corsair don't sell the cases on their own but then I guess they would cost a fair bit, a really nice PC though just a shame about the noise levels.

The solid build quality and ease of maintenance are impressive for such a compact system, but I'm surprised Corsair didn't implement quieter cooling solutions given the emphasis on the premium design. Has Corsair mentioned any plans for updating these aspects in future models?
Not surprising that this is not reviewing well.
isnt the vertex only fanless until 30% load and not 40%, because they said one or two years before on their homepage that is fanless up to 30%. now i looked again and there stands nothing about the fanless load percentage. all other seasonic powersupplyes have this specification number except the vertex.

A beautiful looking compact case one again by Corsair🥰👍BUT the cpu cooler should’ve had at least a 240mm AIO (imo) and come in about $1k/€1k cheaper to even be considered!
3:12 120mm AIO, Ok Im done Im out I dont want it.
"premium" includes a 120mm aio for the mini oven
Bare pcb on gpu, 120mm aio on 14900k, b760m mobo, loud SFXL psu, single 2tb ssd. Yeah, that's definitely not what i think of when someone says premium pc. Corsair should just sell the case by itself. That's the only good thing about it.
lots of custom cooling potential if only corsair makes a pump-block-reservoir combo i can see 120mm and 240mm rads. Great video!

Whats your view on the "heat" and "denigration" of Intel CPU's caused by motherboard manufacturers pushing beyond the Intel specs to get better scores? I see the "Provoked Prawn" has a video on the MSI boards about setting them back to a "Intel spec" and fixing a lot of problems. This has been discussed by Jay 2 Cents, Hardware Unboxed and Gamer Nexus amongst many and Motherboards Manufacturers have been releasing new BIOS to comply but sadly it seems the default is not the "Intel" specs. With this Corsair One i500 using a MSI motherboard am curious as to what BIOS settings it is using? If set to Intel specs maybe the heat would reduce and the fan noise would not be a problem? Anyway after watching the males go on about this its really could to see an attractive female ( there should be more females ) back especially one with such a flawless accent. btw: the question is are reviewers the one that cause the problem by focusing on benchmarks ? Lets share the load between Intel, Motherboard Manufacturers and reviewers who are so focused on benchmarks
14900K = not so premium anymore after the new intel power levels.

Not to mention that it's no longer that small of a form factor. Corsair One used to be pretty small and compact. This is just a fairly standard ITX chassis size

too expensive for what it is. I will build my own when the new CPU/GPU's for late 2024 / early 2025 come out. I guess it's good for those that don't like building their own.

I believe the bios is "optimised" by Corsair, or that's at least what I believe I heard Der8auer say in his video. And it was 200w/250w PL1/PL2, as she said in the video.
