The amount of raw happiness in this video is amazing. I broke my leg 69 days ago and I'm just counting down the days until I can ride. I had to have surgery as well and right now I'm regaining muscle controls and ankle mobility. I can 100% to relate to how Jwalk feels and can't wait to experience it myself.

sorry to hear about your injury man. I HIGHLY recommend you check out a KZread/Instagram account "Knees Over Toes Guy". Ben Patrick (the guy who runs the pages) is a wizard with fixing the lower body, and I personally have seen amazing improvement following some of his programs. Not sponsored, I just love his work!

I work with a guy who was 2 time national champ on atvs, in his 40s now, and recently had shoulder surgery. He's back on and racing and is as fast as he was before. If he can do it, you can too! He even had an off at Monster Mountain recently and is still g2g! So, if an old guy on a 4 wheeler can do the surgery and get back to it, a young guy like your self can no problem! Great to see you back on and ripping! Can't wait to see you take some names in the upcoming season.

Man recovering from injuires is the worst thing ever, that first ride is the best feeling ever too! On month 3 of a compound fracture of my tibia, they put a rod and screws in it but man what a painful and slow recovery! Waiting on possible surgery 2 due to not healing, Im just counting my days till can ride again!

Video was great! Had me cheesing and stoked for you. The music and slow mo and all were on point. That crash was brutal though, suppose a good test for the shoulder but damn! Happy to have you back on the bike, brotha!

I broke my knee and the femur where it sits in the knee and my acl mcl and pcl on haloween on my bike. Makes you think twice while your laying there waiting on the ambulance to take you to the er once again. Props to you man for going for it again

Great to see you back on the bike Jeff! ive been dealing with an unknown issue where i overheat too fast and get really sick, even if its cold out.(lots of doctors and tests with no results) i used to be a top of b class rider but now i can barely putt around in c class (on a cold day) so when you said "my brain knows how to go fast, but my body is the limiting factor." that really hit home for me.

Hey man! Feel your pain. Good luck. I suffered unrepairable damage to my rotator cuff, it’s a nightmare: 2 years, 2 operations, still working on strength but a lot of movements are gone for good. But I’m not a pro racer, just a less than average amateur, so I keep riding the best I can. PS. loving your maintenance videos, pls keep them coming.

104 days isnt bad. I had a basic arthroscopy for a torn labrum in 2021 and I wasnt able to do anything for about a year. Had crazy gnarly pain all the time. Its only recently started to feel normalish again

I had an open latarjet about 10 months ago and it’s no joke to bounce back from. More mental than physical I would say. I still suffer external rotation but the shoulder feels solid.

What happened to your shoulder? Was it the AC joint? I had a grade 5 AC joint seperation, it needed cadaver ligaments. Shoulder stuff is the worst.
