I’m ADDICTED to SKYRIM on Switch
Ойындар
Recently I’ve had an obsession with the beautiful world of Skyrim. Sit down and listen to me ramble about how much I love this game for a few minutes. Sky above voice within!
Thank you for all the support recently!

skyrim on switch was how i started playing. it‘s my most played game on switch. biggest issue with it is how dark it can be sometimes, i had to play under my covers whenever i went into a cave

Yea I have noticed the darkness can be a bit much but it still looks great

I had the same issue until I got the Switch OLED. The OLED doesn’t have that issue, fwiw.
switch skyrim is one of my favorite ways to play, and has opened my eyes to portable elder scrolls. Currently working on a morrowind playthrough on the steam deck.

i wish the steamdeck was available in my country. or morrowind was on switch
I became addicted again on the switch version after buying anniversary at sale. Now enjoying survival mode, I love it :) every quest feels like an adventure due to a lack of fast traveling, and having to prep your journey is a blast for me. I play a Dark Elf with a class inspired by the WoW death knight and I love the play style. It uses: two handed swords heavy armor frost magic necromancy magic enchantment magic (for the creation of "rune blades" ie enchanting weapons etc) life absorb on weapon and magic resist on armor And a bit of restoration magic: some self healing, necromantic healing to heal undead thralls, and avoid death of course. As I thought it would fit the theme Last but not least I chose the werewolf transformation to top it off. I have a lot of fun with it :D

I hope Oblivion and maybe even Morrowind get ported to Switch some day. Just started my Oblivion playthrough and am having a blast.

Bethesda "we'll port Fallout Tactics, but that's it"
@jdplaystuba

They might port them after Starfield. They’re mainly focus on that IP rn. But in the wake of TES 6 they could port the TES 3 and 4 on switch. But who knows since Microsoft bought Bethesda.

@Mikey_oq take oblivions game play with a this is an old game grain of salt but my god is it an amazing story. I started playing on morrowind as a 7 year old and didnt understand. Found oblivion when i was 11 or 12 and loved it. Went back to morrowind at 15. They're both phenomenal games. When 2011 came around and skyrim came out i died inside at how beautiful the game was. They're wll worth playing. Even arena even though it's literally a retro game

My guess is at this point, you done put it back down. The novelty wears off
Thank you. I had the special edition on PS4, but I never got far since the system was in the main tv room and had to be shared. I got an eShop card for my Switch this Christmas, and this video helped me decide to get the Anniversary Edition when it was on sale. I am absolutely loving it! It's such an immersive way to play, and it looks gorgeous. Best of all I can take it anywhere.
I first played Skyrim on PS3 some months after the first release. Then I bought it again on PS4 and years later on Xbox one. Now I got it for my Switch. It really is an amazing game. I enjoyed it most on xbox (series X) because of the big amount of great mods. But having the base game on the go or in bed is just something special. But I have to admit it needed a OLED Zelda Edition to get me to use it actually on the go. I never used the V1 much outside the dock.
This review was exactly what I was looking for, I have played Skyrim several times but never to 100% and had to give it a shot now at 50% off on Black Friday sale. Loved the into lol
As someone that has put far too many hours into Skyrim on Xbox 360, PS4, and Switch... I approve this message. Gonna get back to my Conjure Lord build now.

I just got mu 512 GB SD card and interesting to download both The Witcher 3 and Skyrim on my Nintendo Switch lite. Then I'll gotta save up for 1tb for my original Nintendo Switch to leave at home
I have sunk into Skyrim over 2,500 hours. I know every secret and trick.
Good review bro subbed 👍🏾
Is it possible to play my Skyrim PC saves on the Skyrim Switch version? I really dont wanna start all over again :D
Great video man I think I might pick up the game on my switch

Same lmao
Olm after four hundred hours and never actually completing the main quest I just LIVE off side quests and the wonderful low-poly immersion lol
I have a switch, but I NEVER play it in handheld mode because the screen is too small, and it's too uncomfortable after 5 or 10 minutes.
I hope that someday, someway, somehow, Skyblivion can come to the switch. I really love oblivion, but the hardware it runs on makes putting it on switch have some issues, and putting it in the Skyrim engine will help it run better

@javierdominguez148 except for its not fully fixed. I downloaded the update a week ago and now every now and then the fps will drop heavily, I've restarted my switch and my save fill is only like 65 hours with 10 manual saves. Never did this before the update.
Is it really that good? wich one do you prefer totk or skyrim

hundreds of hour for this game, and switch version just bring me back to 2011 when skyrim first came out...
I have ~90hours on the switch version atm
I have always been a console player, but once I got hold of skyrim with mods on xbox I just cant see myself playing the original, unfortunately, maybe if Im on a nostalgia binge for 2011 vibes, but even missing the smallest qol improvements seem crazy to me nowadays. I wouldnt advise playing AE though. Legendary is far more grounded. Even with 150 mods on xbox I made a case not to install the AE stuff because of things like getting the best daedric bow in the game at lvl 3 and stumbling upon sheogorath's stuff at lvl 1
@friedpilot4663

AE added so many bugs stay se
Played it once or twice? 😂
If only switch allowed modding 😭
Yes time is a good game but the reason it is so popular today is because of the mods and on switch there ain't nothing like that unless you install a custom firmware on switch I have to say if Skyrim did not have one single mod for the game it definitely would not be as popular as it is today and Bethesda knows that and they say themselves
youre gonna sit here and say that Breath of the Wild DOESNT let you go anywhere and do anything you want? Crazy statement but alright
Kingdom Hearts tho
So you are saying you LOVE playing unmodded Skyrim but on a miniature screen AND with FPS locked at 30 FPS? Yeah. Really convincing.

To improve your video quality, it helps to look at the camera rather than your script. On top of that, you don't want Anniversary update on Switch as it causing frame rate issues.

They fixed the fps issues and thanks for the critique
If you guys have only played Skyrim on consoles, I hope you get the chance to play it on PC, it is pure insanity.
this bullshit leveling of enemys sucks so hard and destroys every feeling and immersion
… this game is so old and they keep selling it with the most minor of changes. Bethesda is a shit company.
I hate the Switch version. The controllers and the giant glare on the screen is a deal breaker for me. I prefer playing it on the pc.

I mean if you have it on pc already might as well just play that.
Nintendo doesn't deserve our money, let alone $60 for a game that's over a decade old

Skyrim is one of the few games that will ever be worth $60. Most of the new games developers are putting out these days aren't worth a dam on a river.
