I tried this today for the first time, after 1 hour of workout I thought I will get heart attack..even if I have pretty good stamina haha. But this was so much fun though and this boost of energy!!! Love it!!

It is very individual and depends also how well has been your recovery. It is a low-impact workout, so you can try to jump just easily and in low intensity. Then when you see how the body is responding to the movement you can increase it :)

This video was recorded in South Korea and workout itself was created in the Czech Republic :-) But trampoline workouts are very popular in Brazil as well.
