My ex moved to California after a long distance relationship that we started a year before. He came out here and we moved in together right away, unfortunately I got sick shortly after he moved here to be with me and things just went downhill from there. The woman that he fell in love with was not available anymore. This illness forced me to make some extreme changes in my life, including joining a gym and going on a diet. Recently, he told me that he loved me but wasn't in love with me anymore because I had become somebody else. Now I'm concentrating on improving myself and regardless of if he comes back or not, I am becoming more and more self-confident and healthy and will inevitably attract the right man.

Thank you for your excellent insightful video. Although I’m not fully in this position I don’t think my situation is all that far off either. I’ve been thinking I’m in a difficult situation as I have 2 children with my wife but the way she has treated me since we got married has been abusive and toxic. She has a past which makes it difficult for her to treat her loved ones in a good way, but at the same time, I and her other loved ones including her children deserve to be treated better. It’s not easy to stay in a relationship, and and stay in love, with a person like this.

Just want to say thank you so much for this Chanel and your coaching sessions! I became a self of myself. I know this and feel like that was why he left. I stayed at home with our kids and had no drive, no life anymore. We broke up 8 months ago, he has been in a relationship with someone else since then although he says it was 5 months but they want to move in together now. I have taken steps for myself and do everything for my self I just don't know how he moved on so quick. Any advice?

What about “I love you deep down but I don’t love you the same way anymore”.

I’m the stay at home mom he is talking about. Plus him traveling 99% of the time for work didn’t help. Now he wants nothing to do with me. We have 2 kids.

What if he said that she love me but not the same as before and he wanted to break up because he dont want to pretend and hurt me anymore. But right after that, i see him doing things like caring, that he used to do to me to other person that i used to be the reason of my jealousy.

*What's the point of being married if this person makes you feel unloved, unhappy & insecure??* I don't know what miserable low-effort relationship you want but this is not what MOST people want. A partner that builds you up and you build together is so much better.

First i would love to say that i love the vive you bring into the videos.What if you never stop watering the plan and this still happened. She also said that she only married me because of appreciation because I helped her a lot when we met. We have been married for 15 years with 3 boys, one of them is my stepson who is now 24 which I raise and he considers me as he’s dad. I’ve been a committed father and husband. She now tells me that she met someone else and says that she doesn’t love me and I ask why and she says she doesn’t know and she can’t control it. She knows how involved I am with my kids but she tells me she will be moving out of state knowing how painful that means to me. She knows how much I love her abs how much I want to save my marriage. I continue being a loving person. I still cook and continue taking care of our home and I continue to workout. I’m hurt and confuse because even though I ask what have I done she says that dmi did nothing that she can’t control her feelings. I need help to save my marriage please.

My take away.It means she has lost faith in me. She does that think I can make her happy in the future.

It's not the responsibility of the spouse to make you happy.thats on the person.marriage isn't suppose to make you happy.But Holy more like Jesus when we love our spouses in the eyes of God then that's where the intimacy come in to play.remember to be successful in your marriage takes patience and work.you will never reach a pinnacle.it will always have it's good and bad.
