Improvement is an iterative process that involves multiple attempts, learning from mistakes, and making adjustments along the way, and you have already made vast improvements since joining Hermitcraft. It's not about making something to the same level as the builders with years of experience; it's about creating something that represents the next step up from your current ability, and that's visibly happening from the audience's perspective.

At the end of season six, Grian polled the fans about what they'd like to see more of in Hermitcraft. There was an option for "more collaboration". I've never hit a poll button so fast. Seven and eight had far too little for my interest. Nine was starting to get there. Ten has got it pretty much perfect. Not only are the collaborations entertaining, they provide a great opportunity for the fans to get a feel for Hermits they don't watch, getting new views and more subscriptions for every Hermit. Collaboration is terrific for the server AND fans

Do the traffic lights for violation, but just use wool. Red on top, green on bottom, yellow middle. Just replace the block in a 3 block stack of grey wool. Build a donut shop next to the police HQ.

Skizz luring Scar out with Star Wars blows all the other "Top 100 IQ plays" that clips channels constantly used to post out of the water.

Skizz is meant for this, the timings and editing is so good. When he’s doing his monologue about getting feedback and then turns around and all the guys are there, you just have to appreciate the artistry. Not to mention the building skills coming out of the guy! Nice job on the interior, wow

My one feedback for Skizz's shop is that you don't need that much counterspace, and you don't need that much space behind the counter. It makes the shop feel small/crowded. I would suggest moving the counter one block back and adding another opening to the back of the counter on the right side of the shop. But that's just a small suggestion, the shop looks good either way.

He doesn't need *any* counter space. What is the counter suppose to be doing other than clicking and messing up the trap doors? It isn't functional beyond that, and it is visually just distracting. Is it just to distract from the fact that he has almost no stock in the shop? "Well, I really only needed two single chests to hold this, what do I do to hide the fact that this shop is huge? I could have just put this in the doorway!"

If he instead opened it up more and added a bit more shop to his shop, it would look great. The counter doesn't really add to the look like it does in some shops. There's no shopkeeper behind it, which would actually add a lot and explain needing to block off the back half of the shop. Currently, it's just kind of awkward.

You can eat honey bottles though. And it restores saturation, so IMO that counts as a food.

You should really turn the igloo snow shop into a dropped ice-cream cone/snowcone. Will look a lot better and not be seen as a popup shop.

I also love the aesthetic of the shop! Putting everything under the floor is a good choice as I also find things like crafting tables/chests get in the way of the vibe I'm going for!

Absolutely love the texturing on the cherry/mangrove shop! It's very interesting without being super noisy, and it looked great to use lighting that fit the theme of each side to make it more subtle but still have those pops of color. You won't be able to say you're not a builder for much longer at this rate!

Skizz, one small suggestion. You need a cherry tree in a flower pot on the counter. You have propagules hanging down on the mangrove side. You need a cherry sapling *somewhere*

Skizz is becoming one of my favorites to watch! He's so genuine and kind hearted, and the silliness is perfectly off the charts 😊 you come to a skizz video to feel a little better about the world!

Never really watched skizz before but he’s quickly becoming one of my favorite hermits to watch

The shop looks really good! You are becoming a builder. And what can be said about Cleo's tribute to Glue stick and Drum Stick. It is amazing. They do such incredible work.

If you’re going to do the traffic lights, maybe make them in the HQ so you’re not disrupting the flow of the builds the hermits worked on. You could have a section for each permit and since you want a tall tower it would be easier to make room for them all

Honestly the biggest timesaver for Grian this season was not in delegating the responsibilities of the Permit Office to the POE POE, but in assigning Skizz to Scar-wrangling duty. Great episode, I laughed so much!

Just what I needed after a tough week. I lost my grand mother on Monday. And a skizz video always make my feel better ♥️

I looked you up a couple years back when i was watching a bit of your's and impy's sky island series, and your builds were... lack luster... So naturally although i knew socially you would be a great addition to HC because you are hilarious, and i knew your building would get better as the series goes on, but honestly the amount of effort you have put into making things look good caught me by surprise. I was expecting simple builds, little to no detailing/ texturing, but its not what happened at all, and the fact as small as this shop build was that your no longer thinking in single block depth but even thinking about using roots/leaves and what should be behind them, and using as much depth and texture as you are is awesome. I look forward to seeing how much more you will grow throughout your HC journey! Keep up the amazing work skizz!

Doc’s “so we replaced Skizz with Cub” line was so perfect and natural it had the 0.1 millisecond of “for real?” xD I hope you don’t feel too bad over the ribbing, because that meeting was worth it and wouldn’t have happened if you weren’t busy with a real life meeting!

I love that the area outside Skizz's starter base/crack is slowly becoming a sculpture garden with things built by the other hermits, first "Etho's" skizz statue and now Cleo's horse memorial

You two should send out mail for the proposal association asking for donations. You know to help fund your need for a chopper

I'm really glad that Skizz is part of the Hermit crew, and it's okay that he's not a builder, he brings his personality and zany antics and that's awesome.
