It is just act. A skit. They probably already know who the Diamond ore thief is. It is meant for the viewers to guess and also creates colabs with hermits that usually don’t interact with each other but it also is meant to show their viewers other channels.

Since Doc was trying to show you the pain of having diamonds removed from redstone , he has equated the value of the damage he caused with redstone diamonds. Therefore you should win in court all of the diamond ore in his redstone

Boom! One possible defense argument: temporary insanity from Hivemindosis. The suffocating feeling of being enclosed in a deep, dark cavern of deepslate caused a reflex, from the rhythmic activation of a noteblock--back-and-forth, back-and-forth--for hours upon hours of deep-drill diamond mining. Doc didn't realize he had a sword! The fumes from the mining process could not have been good. He only said Spork* was Sporked to show Cleo how it feels because he thinks he's a superhero called the GOAT (another defense argument) with vigilante justice and other superhero rights. The defendant will call in expert testimony. The plaintiff must prepare. *Spork for "space pork" is the name I'm calling the deceased since I don't know if it has a name.

This is also a civil lawsuit, tort law, not a criminal trial, and would ask for monetary compensation. But who cares? They both start with the letter "C"! Much rather see a judgment for execution with a based "Yo Momma" joke that will be a meme for years.

UK/Commonwealth/US difference: the lawyer/judge wigs aren't a thing in the US except in cartoons/movies. Also there isn't a distinction between solicitors and barristers; they're both called lawyers.

The moment I saw you made motorbikes my mind immediately screamed at the top of its lungs “you need gremlin/bike-guardian bells or else they’re gonna break!” 😅 (context: gremlin bells are a motorcycle bikers myth that they help reduce accidents or damage to your bike (and you have to get them from another person and not buy it for yourself because it reduces the effectiveness of them))

I love that Skizz's lawyer skin is part British barrister, part WWE wrestling southern lawyer.
