Regarding the Sister's empathy, both Parvos and Glarios, who are her two rolemodels, lost family to senseless killings, do this is her way of stopping the circle of violence. Also that scene is just a straight reference to Children of Man.

Jade and stalker are both like umbra btw they are self aware because of a perfound emotion in this case love and in umbras case guilt and rage. But that is also the whole reason she is pregnant because before she was turned into a warframe she was pregnant. Also btw stalker is alot more vocal now he is no longer just quiet or only saying one word at a time when he comes after you in missions he is now saying full sentences because he is now whole because of jades sacrifice to bring their child into the system
