There's some speculation going around that a Discord post talked about that they had Ke$ha sing Cotton Candy but had to have Rochelle Diamante (who killed it) sing it. Ke$ha helped write the song and voiced Bee but couldn't sing due to court case and having her all tied up in that.

Ke$ha co-wrote, and voice acted as Bee, but couldn't actually sing the songs, cause she was still in a legal battle with her former abusive producer. She's finally free of that wretch and I am so proud of her! Beelzebub is the sweetest of the Princes so far-

The fact that Vivzie got Kesha to voice one of her characters brings me so much joy and nostalgia from her "Die Young" video. I love this character so much the whole team did amazing in this episode. I legit was not expecting Bee to actually be so sweet and wholesome, I was holding my breath waiting for her to become a real monster.

I’m seeing a lot of similarities between Asmodeus and Beelzebub 1. Their both members of the Seven Deadly Sins (aka the rulers of Hell) 2. They both are in a relationship with a lesser demon (Ozzie has Fizz and Bee has Tex) 3. They both have a way with music 4. They seem rather friendly for literal incarnations of evil (I mean we can all agree Ozzie could have been way worse) And 5. They encourage (and to some extent profit off of) the Sins of their Rings

to point 4 there might be an explanation why they friendly yet they are labeled as 'incarnations of evil'. They were the first ones to sin. Imagine a country where everyone follows the law, zero crimes. Then suddenly, a group of individuals commit shoplifting. As this is the first time a crime has occurred, their act would be viewed as heinous; as never a crime occurred before them.

In the end he says: "Millie...Moxxie...Stolas And it's so hearthbreaking because it's obviously that he also wants them to be there when he dies, and it's a bit disturbing that Blitz's death is highlighted so much in this episode because Vivien confirmed that one of the main cast would die at the end of the series and that it will have a bittersweet ending so for now it's most likely Blitz.

This episode did an excellent portrayal of Loona’s introvert personality. I’ve felt like her so many times whenever I went to a party growing up. Despite how much I wanted to enjoy myself, I felt out of place and had a hard time talking to people.

I hear that. I’m 27 and I’m still trying to get over so many hang ups when it comes to talking to people on that sorta level. Getting drunk at parties/nightclubs certainly helps, but actually asking a girl to dance, let alone going back to each other’s faces is still nion impossible.😓😭 Always a work in progress.

We really need more of Queen Bee now. She’s really outgoing, friendly, and not stuck up or fake. Loona needs a friend like her.

Honestly, Bee might be the best design in this whole show. I am ALL for her character, she looks incredible, sings incredibly, and she's actually a NICE person!! 10/10, she's gorgeously made, and her movements are fascinating 💙

Vivziepop was right about this being mostly spectacle, but damn was it a great spectacle. It was great hearing Loona again after the break, I love that we finally get a new character, one of the deadly sins no less, who didn't turn out to be a villain. And it's even more awesome that Vivziepop got her favorite singer (I'm pretty sure) Ke$ha to voice Beelzebub. That alone was definitely worth the wait.

The unspoken rizz of Vortex is clearly unmatched. I mean he pulled one of 7 lords of hell. And his W is bigger than Fizz´s because Hellhounds are concidered to be lowest of the low often seen only as objects

It kills me that as a straight guy I know this: the scene when the hellhounds are saying "so not fetch" is a reference to the movie "Mean Girls" hehe I appreciated the little nod to it.

For those who don't know, Queen Bee is Queen Bee-lzebub. It seems a lot missed that but it's pretty cool what Viv did for her

I get it with how you felt about Bee! She comes off like a "Popular Queen Bee" regina george character stereotype, but if she was written incredibly nice and understanding towards others. You want to not trust how overly friendly she with all that popularity behind her, cause we've mostly seen that followed by the character turning out to be evil in the end. Though Bee was kind and empathic, so you can't help but love her. ;o; I'm glad she was written that way!

A part of that is that she is Literally an Empath. Imagine what it would be like to "Taste" the emotions of everyone around you, wouldn't you want people to be happy if that was the case?

The Imp who recognised Blitzø had a masculine appearance and voice but female style horns so they must be trans, but they were dying their hair blond instead of white the way Sallie Mae dyes her hair black so I'm guessing they're non-binary. Also they're original hair colour seems to be brown not black so I would assume they're some sort of hybrid demon, like Striker

When Blitz got the call, I was totally expecting him to pull up with a rifle and be like "WHO DO I NEED TO KILL, LOONEY?!"

Vivziepop’s Die Young was actually the first video I ever watched on her channel and to think that Viv got THE KESHA to guest star! This is an achievement to those who stuck with Viv over the years and I am so happy!

I'm so blown away with these stunning visual effects and animations that they did, I love that this is the first Loona-focused episode I've ever seen, and would love to see more of them in the future, even seeing so many various Hellhounds looked awesome! And the fact that Vivian actually got KESHA to guest star in this is honestly huge. Rating this 10/10!!! Happy Saturday and Episode 8 Day, folks! #HelluvaBoss

It's a really good filler episode! Honestly, it makes sense Loona wasn't able to make friends & was agressive towards Bee, she's not used to socializing & probably when people are "nice" to her they're actually being passive aggressive & are mocking her on front of someone (plus she still likes Tex so she's probably still jealous & crushed he's taken, not saying it's an excuse, I actually hope the next time they interact they're on good terms since Bee is a decent person & host).

Also I think Blitz throwing up is symbolic of him needing to purge all the bad feelings regarding his exes and his family I.e talking about it

I think the only reason I picked up on it was because I rewatched Vivziepops "Die Young" music video last week so it's still somewhat fresh in my head.

He literally oudrank the embodiment of over endolgens.

7:49 I know how that feels. When I was in middle school, I had a crush on this guy who was my age, but he was in love with my best friend. Then in Freshman year, I had a crush in this cute guy from Drama Class; I used to watch him from the second floor building during Lunch, but then I learned that he had a girlfriend and that crushed me badly as I cried quietly in the girls bathroom. Then, on my final week of Senior year, I was in love with this guy in one of my classes. We used to work together in various projects, but I thought ‘Third’s time the charm’ when he said he was in love with a sweet girl, and I thought he was talking about me, since he trusted me in talking about with his problems. But it was revealed that he was in love with someone else. My heart was shattered. So I know how it feels to be in love with a guy, who later has someone else.

Can we just talk about how the girlfriend Tex mentioned last season was FUCKING QUEEN BEE-LZEBUB?!?! Like, was this something obvious I missed? Why is no one talking about this?!

Episode 8 is finally here and I ADORED the absolute Hell out of it! I can't believe Vivzie actually got KESHA on one of her shows, I'm in love with Bee-Lzebub's character and design. Plus Loona got focus which was great! Ending made me cry too. It's a 10/10 for me. ♥ #HelluvaBoss

I still surprised that Queen Bee of Gluttony seems to be a genuine good person or atlast not overly malicious. Damn she is so likeable and good-looking.

Coincidence that the episodes that Loona calls Blitzo dad are the ones with Tex in it. Theory: Loona's friendship with Tex will help strengthen her bond with Blitzo and her own insecurities.

Morgan: "Is she going to betray Loona?" Blitzo: "No, I AM the drama here!" Also, so grateful this upload alerted me to the episode dropping.

Can we talk about how Tex, a hellhound, is publicly dating a literal personification of Sin and yet the Goetia family make dramas for dating an imp? Poor Stolas and Blitz XD

I get what you mean but Queen Bee kind of strikes me as an outlier in all ways. She seems a lot less stuck up and self centered than the other royalty, which makes me think maybe no one else cares that she’s dating a Hellhound because it’s her ring, in her ring maybe that kind of thing is normal and since they all have domain over their own ring, she’s still technically following the rules. They’re just her own rules. So it’s a non-issue. But in other rings, the hierarchy is taken more seriously, which is why it’s a problem there.

Also, the Goetia are lower in the hierarchy, it's like those things in nobility, when a duke just says "I'm the duke", but a lower noble feels the need to brag about how important or old their family is. Probably the Goetia are the same, in the sense that they make more effort to appear more royal-like

In the real world Ars Goetia book Beelzebub doesn't appear... Although Asmodeus does, which could actually make sense since he is partially inspired in a rooster XD

@@Micaerys in the ars goetia orobas is a horse, Amon I remember that he is a dragon, Paimon is a lord mounted on a camel and Asmodeus has a human body with three heads, one of a bull, another of a man and the last of a goat and is on a reptile/dragon

Yeah, Bee's design is very similar to a character she did a speed draw of 8 years ago called Queen. Obvious differences, but a lot of similar too. It's something that's been in her head for a while. And to get Kesha to voice her... damn! Seems it was her producer that was the legal problem. Bee is a real one. The friend you want on around. She builds up people. She wants everyone happy and partying to excess of course, but for the right reasons. She is actually concerned for Blitzo and even better approaches Loona to check on him rather than embarrassing him by tossing him out. And you can tell Bee sees a lot of herself in Loona. Not a bad start for going to parties to go right to one thrown by Beelzebub herself.

Thank god I’m not the only one that started sobbing when loona called blitz dad

I feel like most people don’t realize that “Queen Bee” is Beelzebub, the princess of The Gluttony Realm. 😭

I like how she doesn't like to go "alt form" and calls it "spicy." Also the phrase "sour cream" reminds me of something I did with my own fantasy race, which turn into "sours" if they go evil.

I think Blitzo works so hard to be a good dad so that he can be as *little* like *his* dad as possible...which may be the single best decision he's made in his whole life.

I love Bee too. I wish I could have seen the sparkle in my eyes when I saw her for the first time and her song? CATCHY AF!!!

I *adore* Bee 🤩 Particularly, I really love how they *didn't* make her the stereotypical "b!tchy girlfriend" - sure, she's *extremely* extroverted and she does get a *wee* bit "spicy" when pushed, but for the embodiment of gluttony and encourages overindulgeance, she obviously cares about her guests and noticed right away when she sensed that Blitzø was overindulging for destructive reasons. Basically Queen Bee supremacy all the way.

It's so nice to see a new character (and a ring leader, no less) that is actually a super nice person! Bee caring so much about Blitzo's well-being despite having never met him before... that's something incredibly rare in this show.

This episode was worth the wait. A million praises to the spindle horse team

I just remembered something In Dante’s Inferno, the book that introduced the idea of Hell being separated into various rings, the Ring of Gluttony is watched over by the OG hellhound himself: CERBERUS, maybe having the gluttony ring be the home of the hellhounds is a reference to DI?

0:27 some people are saying it may had something to do with Erica Lindbeck losing her fiance voice actor Billy Kametz to cancer and she was really in a state of grief that she couldn't work. But that episode was really good and I love Beelzebub design her personality won me over and I can't wait to buy merchandise of her.

I just realized that the music morgan used for the intro is stolas singing "you will be ok".

For RWBY, it's good to watch the 4 color trailer (red, white, black, yellow) first and then volume 1. You can also do the first season in 2 parts, because the episodes are very very short at the beginning. And you don't have to worry about copyright with the series.

At the end when Blitz is on the couch, after Loona leaves he says "Milly, moxxie, stolas" which is honestly so wholesome

Queen Bee-Lzebub is one of the Lorf of Hell (Belzebub/Bael/Baal). One of His/Her speciality is making up people who have an argue, so her character is really well shown

So now we know a few of the Rulers of Hell, Asmodeus from Lust, Lucifer from Pride, Bee-zlebub from Gluttony, she mentioned Belphegor who rules Sloth, and Satan who rules Wrath, Mammon who rules Greed we just need to see who rules Envy

As an audience, based on our other observations of other demon royalty, our first assumption is typically that she isn’t REALLY that nice and that she’s just using that persona to get people to indulge in her sun for her own sake. But the fact that she wants Loona to check up on Blitzø goes entirely against that idea. It’s cool to see a character that’s actually genuine in a show like this!

I love Beelzebub in this. She could've been SO easily written to be a bitch or fake. But shes a rave mom; the type of person who makes sure people have a good time with festivities, but that they don't go TOO far and self-destruct. I've BEEN Bee at several house parties and it's nice to have that type of persona represented. ❤

Bee-elzebub, So funny in Moxxie and Millie's song Beelze loves her bub, well likely means this demon lord takes lovers *assuming the seven deadly sins aren't as young as Stolas) and cares for them. Also loving the change in design, a wolf-bee is something I never thought of for a demon lord *done cat-bee/wasp before*, and a thinner gluttony demon with the focus on indulgence as the definition of gluttony not just eating a lot. We usually see gluttony represented by a huge fat demon like a stomach with a mouth or a frog (note still love Bayonetta 3's twist with Beelzebub down that same angle), or like a giant ugly always hungry fly or something. So of all the seven sins we've seen *Pride: Lucifer (in a painting)...Lilith and Charlie being sub-pride), Lust: Asmodias, and now Gluttony: Bee-elzebub, we know most of the other names and some silhouettes but these are all that have been on-screen in some way with a full face reveal.

I think the line "beelze loves her bub" actually refers to alcohol, as bub can be a slang word for an alcoholic drink. Which is freaking genius.

Blitzo: "Fizz was right. I'm gonna die alone aren't I?" Me, who remembers that the only time Fizzaroli mentions that Bitzo was gonna die alone was during Season 1 Episode 6 in the drug high sequence: "Holy shit, Blitzo really sees himself as a lonely son of a bitch that would die alone"

I never got the whole simping thing but after seeing Bee While not necessarily attracted to her I want her to be my wife and take care of me and tell me everything’s going to be all right ☺️

Love the background at the start with the quiet version of "You Will Be Okay". A wise decision to use it.... Viziepop actually likes peoples reactions, so don't feel like you have to mute or cut parts of songs.

Also vex is gf is actually classified as 7 princes of hell witch is BeeLazayBub the prince of gluttony witch means you just basically mean you eat as much as unhealthy food as you want is basically what the sin of gluttony in a nutshell.

So the reason that random party-goer knew Blitzo was through his previous relationship with Verosika. Back when they were dating they would have been at the wildest parties, and Queen Bee would have either been hosting many of them or in attendance. In other words her regulars would have crossed paths with him.

I hope we see more of queen bee in the future like in season 3 or 4 or maybe at the end of this season

Not a hellhound, she's one of the seven deadly sins, like Asmodeus, so probably just a unique one of a kind whatsit. Also Bug Doggo/fox. Plus Tex is batting WAY over his weight class.

I noticed (specifically for S1) in the thumbnails for the episodes with a sin embodiment, the edge of the clock spells out the embodiment's name. 7 spells Asmodeus and 8 spells Beelzebub.

Honestly. Seeing Bee preform Cotton Candy i was thinking that something was gonna go super wrong. Like Bee felt so super off when handing out candy with all the conked out hellhounds.

Wicked stuff Kesha is now thrown into the World of Vivzie! Perhaps she’s aware of the old video where Vivzie used one of her hit songs and decided to get in on the action with Helluva Boss? And… How many dog jokes can you make out of this entire episode?

When you remembered the "Die young" animation - it's not Kesha singing, because of the legal issues... Her producer was blocking any "external work" - when Kesha was able to work for Vivzie/Spindlehorse - the song had been replaced by another version, but it's written by Kesha.

Fun fact the song was written and originally sung by Kesha but due to issues with her record label, they couldn’t release it hence the reason it’s so delayed. they eventually just had to redo the song with someone else singing.
