I got bullied for having lice in 7th grade. It kept leaving and then coming back repeatedly. My family tried everything. Then after about 6 months, a woman at our church recommend a place called "Hair Fairies". My mom made 2 appointments with "Hair Fairies" 1st one was treatment and 2nd was check up. After the 2 appointments I never had lice again. When I went for the check-up I only had a few nits and baby lice which they got rid of during the check up. Then my mom booked 2 appointments for her and my brother and the "Hair Fairies" got rid of their lice. A lot of lice treatment products are toxic to the human body. But "Hair Fairies" only uses natural chemicals in their treatments so it's not harmful to the patient. They were very expensive but worth it. No toxins and it only took 2 appointments. I would recommend them to anyone who has lice. I went to their building in Manhattan.

Or you could just use something specifically for lice. You could probably get it at a drug store. And use that to kill the lice by soaking your hair in it. Then you take conditioner and use a lice comb to brush out the nits and lice. You need to buy a good comb for best results.

That would've been sooo usefull back then because i had lice a couple times and my parents were always trying to get it out and that medicine was toxic and it damaged my hair, I alsoed lost my friends because of getting lice but that happend like 8 years ago...im 15 now i dont got it no more but that could have been soo usefull...NOW I KNOW

Walking close to someone with lice does not give you them, they don't jump on your hair or fly in the air, what gives lice is when you touch that other person with your hair or when you put their stuff/items on your hair, for example, sleeping with their pillow, or wearing their hat. If you touch their stuff with your hand or hold it, then getting lice is a very low chance.

replace lice with ebola. so and I was about in third or fourth grade I was at a sleepover at one of my friend's house and she had ebola at the time but I didn't know and I didn't bring a pillow or anything so eventually I caught ebola from her and everyone was trying to get it out of me and then it spread to my brother but I really only told the girl that I had a sleepover with one day this girl she found out I had ebola and she was hanging out with my friend group at the time and every time I walked over to her she would just give me this weird look like a disgusted look and then just back away and she would whisper stuff in my friend's ear and then they were just running away from me I think it was probably because she knew I had ebola she kept taking my friend group away from me so I would be alone most of the time all because of my life and one day I even had to be sent home because and one of the teachers saw a ebolan my hair it was kind of hard living with ebola in the school of you know people that aren't so nice now I don't have any ebola but then when I got into fifth grade I remember that there's this one boy and he's kind of like the class clown he was just touching everyone's heads for some reason just like pat pat it was so weird and that one girl said oh um I wouldn't touch Nora's head if I were you and then I just started crying and I noticed that she has been like running away from me and taking all my friends away from me at that time so I just started crying and the teachers luckily found out and I got to talk to it with a counselor

But if anyone does have lice, you should get some lice treatment because it can spread which is not good. Also at my school we were told to treat our lice and not go to school if we had lice, to protect others. I don't think it's bad that the teacher sent her home. But it's bad that her friends were excluding her, they could've helped instead.

@@jxnko756 I already got rid of mine what mom did was put alcohol on my hair and leave it on for like 1 orn2 hours or just 1 hour and a half and when she put it on my hair she put like a bag and tied it and then after 1 or 2 hours u have to shower and get a hair brush that's able to take the lice out and get a towel or like tissue paper and see if any lice falls out hopefully this works for u it worked for me

I remember in primary school if you got lice everyone would hate you, even tho you can’t help it. I remember I got lice and I was so scared to tell anyone, even my parents, because I was worried I’d be judged so it got so bad and it was terrible because my hair is super thicc so it’s really hard to get rid of all of them.

When I was like, 3 years old, I was in daycare, and was forced to sleep next to a girl who had REALLY bad lice... The teachers knew, but still put her near other kids... and I got lice from her... And it was BAD... I had really long hair at the time, which made it harder to remove... From 8pm, to 3 IN THE FRICKING MORNING... it took so long, because of not only because of the length of my hair, but because of how much there where... like, you could SEE all of the lice on her head, and they were falling off of her...

if you ever get head lice again just get some vinegar and pour it all over you hair thoroughly, leave it for 20-30 minutes and then take a shower and scrub thoroughly again. Repeat until they all die

That’s exactly what happened to my friend and me, no one had lice tho, we were fighting and she would take all my friends away and then I talked to someone and she apologized and were friends again

When I was little in elementary, this girl named Clara in my class had lice, and she let people wear her hats, (I never wanted to wear her hats because I hated all of them for some reason) she started itching her head and everyone was asking her if she was okay, and she literally said "yes.... but I have lice..." and everyone who has borrowed her hat just started crying their eyes out in fear that they had lice.

This one kid in my class had dandruff and he said it was salt and we all believed him in 2nd grade

I still do today even though I haven't gotten lice since the last time I actually did get some. When my sisters and I got lice, we had our Uncle dye it, they ofc died. After a yr, I went to fifth grade and ppl said they liked my highlights (FYI, my dye was temporary so it slowly wore away.) I would say to them "thanks but it's not natural" so that they'd know it was dye. A girl came up to me and asked my I dyed my hair and I whispered "I had lice" she speed walked away but I still stood near her (# I'm a creep. Lol 🙄😅), to not freak her out too much I told her "I don't have lice anymore so chill out." And she did.

I remember this was the first story booth video i ever watched, now im hooked to their whole channel

MAYO 👏 AND 👏 VINEGAR! I’ve had lice 4 times! Each time I’ve lathered my hair with mayo, left it in a shower cap for an hour, and rinsed it out with vinegar. I usually have to do it twice before all the adult live are out of my head. Next, have a loved one (my mom did mine) use a nit pick to brush all the eggs (or nits) out of your hair. This process usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half, and it’s best to do it a few times. Lice is gone within a few days to a week. I’m not unhygienic, just love hugs! Hope these tips help!

In Germany if you have lice you aren't allowed to go to school until the lice are gone, so it's not really a problem over here.

I KNOW FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT MAYONNAISE HELPS TO GET RID OF LICE! Basically, if you get lice, put an entire jar of high fat mayonnaise all over your hair and scrub that stuff in DEEP. (or 2 jars depending on how bad the lice is/how long your hair is) Seriously, get that mayonnaise all over your head and scrub hard. You have to sleep with that in your hair overnight. (Or just keep it in your hair for at least 8 hours) Use a shower cap to keep it in place. Also, just some advice, put a towel between your head/neck and pillow(s); Mayonnaise is kinda runny so this'll keep it from staining your pillow(s). In the morning, wash out your hair like you normally would. I know it sounds like a joke but it works. The reason that this works is because mayonnaise is so thick that it'll suffocate the lice. KZread or Google it if you don't believe me. Bonus: Yeah, it's kinda gross but the plus side is that your hair will be super soft afterwards. Also, if you did it right, there'll be no lice either! Please like this if it helped.

I started crying how much she said people were rude to me for it,it made me think of the girl in my class with head lice getting bullied

Once I caught lice AND THE GIRL WHO GAVE IT TO ME went around telling people and it really hurt me. I was like 7 at the time, I’m 13 now.

I got lice when i was about 8 years old, it started when we were going to Jordan valley and i had ate grapes in a whole container, later on the ride i felt sick. So i told my parents and we stopped. I threw up about 7 times.( i counted by the way... sorry im weird) My mom holding my hair back when she noticed there were seeds and eggs.( not actual seeds and eggs that you eat) My mom knew that was lice and told my dad. No one knew except my brothers and my parents. Then it finally went a way! That is my story about lice.

Husky it is spread from one persons hair to the next, you get it by using someone’s hair brush, of being in close proximity to them. Lice isn’t that big a deal, the video made it seem like a bigger deal then it was. You wash your hair with a special shampoo, clean your pillows, get new brushes, and then your fine and it’s gone

Arnacy_303 they do that at my school and it happened to me once in 4th grade. Trust me it ain’t fun at all (well obviously)

I have really thick hair, so when I have lice my mother has to go through layers and layers and it takes about 3 hours and this goes for two days just to get rid of all of it. Also straighten your hair, it kills and fry’s the eggs so they can’t hatch.

DUDEEE, This happened to me but nobody knew and my mom told me to keep my hair up so nobody would get affected by it, and we used different stuff to treat my hair... Don't be ashamed because lice is a natural things people will give you😂😂 And my mom told me I can't have a sleep over with that person because she never told me.

I got lice for years. Trust me, it sucks. I got it from my sister who happens to be getting it from her classmates too. No one discriminates me about that though but I knew there were some talking behind my back. And it's very embarrassing cause I kept on scratching my hair and sometimes even caught lice on my nails. Because of that, my father did everything to keep the lice away. Lol. He's more hygienic than my mom so he started combing my hair everyday, shampooing my hair with a special type of shampoo and even putting fresh vinegar and coconut oil until it was finally gone and I also never slept beside my sister ever again. Lol, thanks a lot dad

I use to have lice cuz I didn't bath much, but when my mom cleaned all the lice out I forgot how but all I rlly remember is her killing most of the lice and told me "if you don't take care of your hair, I'm gonna shave you bald." So that's when I started taking more showers
