Have you ever taken your anger and frustration out on your dog? Does your dog care? Does it lose sleep over it? Is it still happy as a clam at the end of the day? Was it ever really about your dog, or was it something you were dealing with? Don't be mean to dogs. Yes, this is a metaphor. Also, I'm now realizing I could have named this "I'll Be Your Clam." Damnit, that would have been cool!

Dude. This song is banging, great harmonies and structure. It feels fresh yet still familiar. Not sure if this was done in a home studio setup? I mean its banging as it is, but with maybe some more production value this could have legs. Awesome.

Do me a favor. Check out the two originals I posted and tell me what you think of that production value. I went a different route and I'm experimenting and taking feedback. The songs are "These Friends of Mine" and "Only You & I"

Had a listen back to those two songs. First off, you're a great writer, man, genuinely. The songs are tops, really strong melodies in my opinion. I see what you mean 'only you & i' feels more polished than the other two recording wise. It's just the live kit I think I'm hearing on this song that sounds maybe a bit thin or boxy. Btw, I'm no genius at this stuff, it's just what I hear. Keep on doing it man, you're talented.
