If you're new here.. HI!!! I'm Steph and I was diagnosed really really late with Bipolar 1 and because it happened so late I really suffered throughout my life so I created a vlog telling my story you can find video's on the My Manic Life Vlogs playlist.
I do other things too like this song. I write and sing and play piano and sometimes do covers and unboxings, travel vlogs, and random other stuff.

Thank you so much and if you are someone struggling with addiction or mental health issues or recovering from the lost of a parent or loved one you are not alone. We all need people and someone to be there for us. We've all been in need and needed someone to be there for us. My hope is one day the world will love everyone no matter how different they are. And that people will lift other people up when they see them struggling with addiction or mental illness. That we love more than just our dogs but all animals and that we love life.
One thing I always felt and say is when you are out there and you've lost control of yourself and fallen victim to mental illness or drugs or both if you have no one waiting for you on the other side what is the point of coming back. If no one shows you compassion you will not survive. I hope we can all be there for each other as much as we can.
