The law, as it is written, is ok. For it to be an offence it MUST include threatening or abusive behaviour. The thing that's wrong it that the police ALWAYS ignore this part of the act. The word offensive was removed because no-one has the right to not be offended. This guy, an inspector, left out the part about threatening or abusive behaviour. He's been leaving out for 27 years. But then again, he works for GMP, probably the most corrupt force in UK after the Met, so no surprise there.
27 years. Argues and berates somebody for 15 minutes, then admits he has no idea what the law is. Then he keeps arguing. Then he claims he does know what the law is. Then keeps arguing. So colossally, embarrassingly , unprofessional.
Detective Inspector found it very funny that a member of the public highlights bad policing. That is disgusting.

What a bunch of 🔔 ends
It’s funny how the police don’t understand what harassment means. Public photography can’t be deemed harassment. And other auditors would sue the department for being threatened with arrest. They always say… “you’re looking for a reaction.” Well, even if he was… he is still doing legal activity and you’re still giving a reaction! If you’re curious… that’s fine. Ask and know what is legal activity and leave them alone. Arguing your bias morals on strangers is not illegal but you can’t push someone to do something you want. You’re not his daddy or boss.
I liked how that Asian cop handled things in a very professional manner

There is no way the one dressed like Kenny from South Park is a serving police officer. With his attitude and appearance I'd swear he had just been let out of the cells!
9:40 Why did you even talk to them? They didn't identify. Flashing a warrant card with your face hidden isn't identifying. They shouldn't be hiding their faces. The purpose of a police warrant card is for identification purposes. Each police worker has his/her face photo on the card. By law they have to show their faces. You really shouldn't let them get past that stage. Until I can clearly see their face and read their warrant card they are bogus police workers.
"You can do what you like" "I know I can" Perfect example of modern day policing right there😂

He won't though, I've seen numerous of his videos, he doesn't complain and he certainly won't makes a civil claim, it was a poor audit, he let the police walk all over him.

@@anthonyo.6084 Yea this channel sucks, the dude is a coward, a proper auditor would have sued over that.
I didn't know a police officer could be alarmed and distressed. Just something I read in case law.

They can't, DPP Case, Judge Bean said, they can't be Alarmed or distressed, if they do then in the wrong job, having said that he lied, he did, as usual fly low and zoomed in the windows.
Alarm harrasment and distress . officers covering their faces and not in uniform walking up to a member of the public like that causes alarm and distress . Copper for 27 years and all he has learnt is to talk over people . If they put that much effort into policing the borders and turning illegal immigrants round the country would be very different
The lack of knowledge of these secret police is amazing. First they commit the offence of interfering with a pilot whilst in control of an aircraft, second failing to identify themselves other than they are coppers of limited knowledge. They have a total lack and disregard of aviation law (trying to impose laws that don’t exist). Causing concern, what about two men coming out and approaching you aggressively, telling lies, raising their voices, insulting and degrading you all whilst hiding their identity.
