I appreciate your effort , Dai. Since I was born into a Newar family and have always enjoyed jatras, I was so moved by your that got tears on my eyes unknowingly. I greatly miss my hometown thimi. After watching videos, I started missing home. I wish Nepal had competent leaders and more possibilities so that young people like me wouldn't need to travel overseas.

That was a very wholesome video. I appreciate how you pulled everything together and presented in a cinematic way, as it didn't feel like I was watching a documentary but the story was being told in the form of a poetry. I really loved your cinematography in this video. I find it so amusing when you make little comments during conversation with local people, such as " Nepali jibro" or " lets go trekking" as soon as you tried tenduk. It's so well timed and shows how witty and passionate you are about Nepali language, which might have helped you to easily connect with the Nepalese people. 2015 was the changing year for Nepal. I think the 2015 earthquake and other events that followed it separated one era from another. Before and after 2015 were totally different things. People started to care more about the country. I personally experienced the changes that happened after 2015. I don't know if those changes in people's minds would have happened if there wasn't an earthquake.
