2 eggs
4 tablespoons of sugar
5g vanilla
200ml warm milk.
200ml warm water.
12g dry yeast
900 grams of wheat flour.

In my country (Greece) we use also mastic and mahaleb.. These ingredients give the cake a special aroma and taste.
