christian jensen and ? We know you can't master a skill like that but it's fun to try, and you still learn stuff from it who can help you in life. I don't think the point of this series is to perfectly know a single skill. And if she wishes to know more of something she can go back.

gone a genius must learn and retain the knowledge. Retaining the knowledge to become a genius in a subject requires a lifetime of effort. She will not be a genius. She will have broad knowledge about a lot of things. But she will not be a genius.

@Roblox TV Mmm not always, In my experience as a cook, only 4 conditions where fishes will smells bad: 1. Rotten fish (Dead for a long period of time without proper care) 2. Fermented fish 3. Caged fish farming 4. Species that lives at the bottom of river or ocean Number 2 until no 3, doesn't mean the fishes are bad but they are intended till it smell that way (fermented such as hongeo, fish sauce, pedek, budu, sustromming etc...) or they are the species that are bottom feeders or lives on the bed of ocean or river. As they feed on dead animals and lives in muddy condition (depends on the habitat), their flesh will produce odor that is unpleasant. Thus, all of this condition resulted in the "bad odor or smell" which are varied from each other. So, you *HAVE* to know, which one is which. No 1, which are the dead rotten fish out of improper care might have a very distinct, strong iron-ny smells, they all always mushy in texture, their eyes are red etc... It's hard for beginners to differentiate this, even our apprentices at restaurant had to have at least 10 years of experiences in dealing with marine's or freshwater's before they are allowed to be trusted and independent. Home cooks can also get use to it but if you are new, don't be afraid to interact with the fishmonger at the seafood market. They will guide you.

If its smelly then its either not fresh, not properly deconned (cold ice water with lemon juice *small amount think 1tsp for 1qt water* and rested for in that mix for 15min), or the fish had a massive internal bleed during the refrigeration process which got stress chemcials throughout the fish which massively accelerate decomp.

Jillian Caldwell I work full time as a lead teacher for 12-18 month olds at a daycare and a lot of people see it as glorified babysitting. It’s honestly very hard to juggle all the children’s needs while keeping to a schedule, making lessons, documenting their development, and keeping your managers and parents happy on a daily basis. Well worth it though. :)

As someone who started cooking at age 3, I have to say I'm constantly amazed at how few people I know are comfortable in the kitchen. I get that people are busy, but something is severely lacking in our society that such a fundamental part of life is not a part of basic education at home or in school. Children can do much more than adults give them credit for, and future adults won't be able to do much if not encouraged as children. It doesn't have to be rigorous training or even something you do every day, but I beg parents to take time now and then to let your kids make a mess in the kitchen. Let them burn a few things. Let them try ideas that fail spectacularly. Just let them try. Let them learn. Help them grow into self-sufficient adults. Cooking for yourself is cheaper, often healthier, and can save you time if you make enough to portion out and freeze for later use. Most cooking is not labor intensive. Neither is most baking. While I may take 3 days to make good croissants, I can have a great breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy made from scratch on the table in under 30 minutes. If someone like me who grew up poor, had no training whatsoever, and has never eaten meat can impress people with her chicken and beef recipes, as well as have a local cult following for her baking, I can't imagine how anyone else would have trouble learning. Most people online make things seem harder than they have to be at home because they have to be impressive to garner clicks and likes. Most of them are not chefs. Don't let them intimidate you. Try some basics, add things that sound interesting, and if the end results suck, try again. Food is life. Enjoy it, and don't let anyone dictate what you should or shouldn't be doing in the kitchen in terms of taste and style. All that matters is that you made it yourself and you liked it. The end. :)

This is very true! I love to cook, from different things to everyday food. I think it's essential to know the basics, because food is such a big part of our lives. I started to get interested at about 13 years old and today are 5 years learning more and more. Unfortunately the career in cooking is not for me as I have back problems and it would be difficult. But, I still cherish this love of cooking every day, showing it through my food to anyone who wants to see it 🥰💕 Sorry for the mistakes in writing, English is not my language

The best feeling ever: Watch someone enjoy something you cooked. 👌👌👌 The kitchen is a place to experiment, have fun and just transform the plain ingredients into something delicious. The fear attracts the fail: if you are scared of being burned I can assure you'll be. Don't be scared, just have fun!

Michelle! I've watched videos of you doing multiple challenges and regardless of what they were one thing you do each time is GIVE IT YOUR ALL and PUSH YOURSELF REGARDLESS OF HOW INTENSE OR COMPLICATED IT IS!! And in the end you rock it out and come out on top!! It motivates me every time to do what I think is impossible also and not quit until I've succeeded, I was born with Sickle Cell Disease, a blood disorder where red blood cells sickle (hence the name), become super sharp and super sticky and gets trapped in your vessels causing severe uncontrollable chronic pain known as a Sickle Cell crisis... I've never known what it feels like to be pain free but I'm now the proud mom of a beautiful 1yr old baby girl, so when I'm not admitted in the hospital or going to the ER (at least once a month) I'm raising my baby. So thank you for the motivation, and please continue to make these videos!!😘😘😘😘

I feel like Michelle puts a lot of thought and effort into even the people she chooses to have in her videos, and this one proves that better than any other because from the chef to the critiques, they all seem like really respectful and likeable people

As a full time cook, I can say that this video made me so happy. Most people don't understand the stress and the hard work that is put into the dishes and in this video you show regular people how much effort there really is!

Amazing work. All the editing, filming, script, and performance during all the videos. All of you guys do such a great job that you don't even need some other platform like Netflix to create a product with the same quality or even better. I hope you can continue to do your amazing job and still improving. And, Michelle, I hope you keep motivated, we like to see your charisma hosting this channel. Best to you all.

I work in hospitality. Front of house for years. Love it so much and being in the industry and seeing whats behind the scene and not a customer you get a real gratitude of what goes down in a kitchen. Its hard work and producing art on a plate. Beautiful video. Loved it.
