I love the honesty I am just not sure it always generates positive response but Joseph is in Marbella and I am in rainy Bristol living pay cheque to pay cheque just trying to always have integrity and do right by everyone else.

Joseph what advice you got for a 22 year old finishing University which wants to go down the path of entrepreneurship and avoid going into a 9-5? How do you find out what you want to make a business in I guess is what I'm asking. Love the videos mate

I would go to work in sales and pick a sector you are passion about. It will help you learn about the products, pricing, marketing, delivery and meet the customers. Once you’ve got that experience after a a couple of years you can then go and do your own thing with lots of experience.

What are you thoughts on coming across as being too flashy and “splashing the cash”? I assume a large percentage of your turnover comes from the TM brand, which I guess is made up of people where price point of the product is important. If they see you buying a boat for 5mil, they may be put off because you are making profit. But on the other hand you want people to buy into the wealth creation, surround yourself etc mindset. Not a criticism just interested in your view. Oh and if you ever want a stunning oak framed garage for your cars, let me know!

I’ve been around long enough to know that you can’t make everyone happy and we work extremely hard and deliver results. So if we are successful then I don’t think hiding it is the way to approach it. Some people will love it, some will hate it but life goes on.
