I saw this girl at the gas station back when we had our last freeze. It looked like she was waiting for someone to come pick her up. When I asked her if she was OK, she started speaking Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, but I know what muy frio means (very cold). I went to my car and got my thick jacket that really keeps you warm when it's cold and gave it to her. She was very grateful. It doesn't take a lot to make someone's day, and I believe, what you put out, comes back to you. God bless.

Very kind of you. Sometimes I get stuff at Dollar Tree like toiletries and wet wipes. , gloves , etc I get snacks cheaper someplace else. It's good to hand them out. Sometimes I find clothes real cheap and hand stuff out. I just put socks beside someone under a blanket who was on a bench daytime. A few years back a girl was holding a sign. Later walked a couple blocks and got into a nice car. This is one reason why I don't hand out money. Other reason is I don't have much myself. They are worse off than me

I can't remember what it's called, but there's a condition some folks have where they can't recognize faces (wow, I just remember it's called "facial blindness lol). One coping mechanism they use is to treat every single person like an old friend. No point here; this video plus your comment brought that to my mind I think Brad Pitt has it

@@tomcat5151Really? Well that's strange, I couldn't imagine not recognizing the faces of people I loved even though I'm with them all the time. I mean if Brad Pitt does have it, it must make his job as an actor easier because he can just imagine the other actors faces as the characters in the movie instead of who they actually are. Thanks for mentioning this I didn't know people could have such an illness. You may be right this guy might have that, or he's just really friendly. Either way he sure is a sweet man.

I know he’s met you. Maybe not the exact way he mentioned. But a kind soul and a kind heart remember how another kind soul made them feel better than a brain ever could. In a world of dark with very few lights. You’ll always remember the lights that shined strongest for you. That light can keep a heart warm in the coldest climate. It’s fear and feeling alone that makes us question is it worth it But it’s love that makes us keep going and realize maybe it is.

There's really no reason, in the most prosperous nation on earth, that anybody should go without a roof over their head or food in their belly. We bail out huge, faceless corporations as their CEOs pocket the money and the people beneath them lose their jobs because they're "too big to fail" (though they fail anyway because they're corrupt/mismanaged and the CEOs pocket all the money, we just slow the death), allow these corporations to use tax havens and avoid paying their fair share of taxes while allowing ordinary people to starve and suffer.

What strikes me is how he says "I know who you are. . .I love you... I met you before." Same words God has told us in the Bible. In jeremiah there are 2 verses 1) before I formed you in the womb I knew you. And 2)For i know the plans I have for you. .. what strikes me is this is a part of Jeremiah Christians typically use for strength while going through hardship and this man going through his hardship unknowingly referenced it.
