The secrets really drive a lot of the conversations this game. Gem trying to get Impulse to jump off the cliff while Impulse is trying to show off how much he loves cherrywood is very much them talking past each other and not noticing the other is acting strange. Mumbo and Grian's pun-off was another one that was solely driven by their respective secrets.

So I wouldn't have known that Scar threatened him until I got done watching Grian's episode, let alone all I had seen was the game chat of Scar making the threat. Still it is good to know that Jimmy learned not to tempt Scar into unleashing "Chaos" Scar.

It's probably not as confusing as you think. Online vs Real Life is surprisingly easy to separate if you've done it long enough. I know someone online whose username has my real name as part of it, and most people refer to them by it, but I know what I'm referred to online is completely different. No real confusion, but can make for some fun inside jokes.

Glad they're shaking up the groups every season. Love seeing the diffrent banter when they've got new partners

Impulse popping OFF with some of the best editing and shots in the entire series, your visual storytelling takes everything up to the next level. The mix of angles, the tense music, the feeling like you can hear your internal monologue even when there isn't narration! A must watch pov for the artistry of the editing alone!

I knew that the SV in impulses name was his initials but I had no idea that his first name was Scott. You learn something every day!

Having missed that podcast episode, it took me entirely too long to realize why this group was called Gem and the Scotts 😂 I kept thinking, is Impulse Scottish? He's white so I guess that makes sense, is he really proud of his Scottish heritage all of a sudden? Nope. Just his actual name lol. But he will always be Impulse in our hearts!

The editing style of impulses videos to viewership ratio is extremely underrated. Regardless of how you may beat yourself up about it behind the scenes impulse, just know your editing does not go unnoticed! It's very unique, interesting, and engaging. I love it and I'm sure others do too!

Being a musician with the initials SV, I'm still convinced Impulse is the secret love child of blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan. The whole Scott thing is just a ruse....

Gem and smajor are both such fans of pink that watching their perspectives I didnt even bat an eye at Impulse vouching for cherry wood the whole game. Fits right in!

I love this new take on the life series. Boogie man was fun too, but with this. It makes me watch everyone’s perspective to see what their secret was whereas Boogie man, 1 or 2 povs was enough to get the picture. Whoever came up with this was a genius.

I love the unique editing on these series, it makes it feel really unique even when I’ve seen other perspectives of events! I don't know if this is just me, but for some reason, combination of Gem and Scott brings the best out of Impulse. I really like him, but I really enjoyed how, for the lack of a better word, carefree he was with them

Stoked to see the gang back together in the Life series, and want to acknowledge the huge upleveling you've gone through with your editing and use of Replaymod (I'm presuming?). A quick tip that might be of service - if you're using keyframes for any 'camera' movement, simply nudging start and end keyframes a few frames outside the shot can help the timeline flow together 😺Gem & the Scotts gonna take the win! A quick not some people may not have noticed, but it does not seem that the player can die from failing a task. In the intro when grian was explaining it, he supposedly lost 10 hearts when he only had 10 hearts. Instead, he was lowered to just one heart left, showing that thats the minimum

I watch every pov for the the life series and I always save impulse for last cause it’s such a treat! Hard Task: Mine out an entire chunk.

I adored when Impulse was checking out the other cottages for reference as he built! such a small detail to leave in while editing that adds so much to realizing the actual process. honestly the overall editing is great, the use of the replays is so cool! I know timing them with the actual footage can be a pain. so excited for more!

i was wondering why no hermits were uploading its been weeks .... just the first episode i i can tell this is going to be one of the top 3 seasons the interesting thing about this season is that it encorages veiwers to watch multiple prespectives or you wont know what their tasks are , it can lead to some tensions between pairing because usually pairs share everything but now they are forced to keep a secret and MUMBO IS BACK!!!!
