I forgot to mention you guys are good man that hull and motor will go and not break down, I love working with my hands like that with what I have around , there is no better feeling to know you made something instead of just buying it from somewhere like most people do here in the US you guys are inspiring keep building boats you are good at it. If the world economy ever collapses you guys will be wealthy man because you have skills that people will seek and need rich people will be crying like babies in the streets unable to take care of themselves.

Đây quả là 1 công trình tuyệt vời. Chúc mừng các bạn! Tôi có 1 số góp ý như sau: Khi chạy 1 mình có thể thêm bao cát khoàng 60-70kg ở phía trước hoặc bạn có thể chế thêm 1 đôi cánh gió để điều hướng của mũi tàu.

Ống pô nếu thiết kế ra phía sau , chính giữa xuồng sẽ tạo thành động cơ phản lực. Tùy mức hiệu chỉnh sẽ giảm bớt bềnh mũi . Sáng tạo của bạn thật tuyệt. Cám ơn nhiều !

Hi very nice build, with cheapest materials available. Congratulations! There is just one thing with using PVC pipes for fuel tank. Benzin(Gasoline) will dissolve the PVC!

Great build!!, Try putting "levelers" (adjustable flat pieces to lengthen the back of the hull to stabilize it and stop the leapfrogging, kangaroo bouncing. It'll be easy for your to do. You could even have a manual adjuster inside the boat so you can "tune" it perfectly... Trust me, makes HUGE difference. Blessings

With that big power u should add another 2 motor blade...so it will add more speed...its like a monster swim with 1 leg vs a monster with 2 leg or 3 leg...of course 2 and 3 is much2 faster

Very wrong comparison..more legs slower, less leg faster. Otherwise centipede would be fastest. Even those with 2 legs and wings would chose to use wing if want to go faster..

Love the way u made small boats. We needed that here in the philippines for small fisherman. Take care love u

In the USA it's a struggle to buy any bike parts. However deep in the jungles where these smart men live, engines must be unbelievably cheap. Great build.

It needs pulleys to switch the gearing 3x longer so it will go past the porpoising stage and start planing. You can hear it hit the rev limiter instantly. Shes got alot more to give :)

@@eamh2002 It is clearly on a plane. My 18' flatbottom race boat will do the same without a cavitation plate. Mine is adjustable I can pedal it and put the nose just about under water so when I hit the throttle it levels out and shoots out of the hole and then I can start pulling it up until just before it cavitates on the top end for a fast smooth run! That motor has a 6 speed trans in it unless they are running off the crank and removed the trans in it. I agree they need to set up a shifter on it, probably an electric paddle shifter on the wheel would work best if the trans is still in it but they could also setup a manual shifter too. But, to stop the cavitation they need a plate off the back of the boat, and if it was adjustable even better. If there is no trans then they need more prop because you are right it hits the rev limiter too easily, a bigger propr would bite more water and move the boats quicker without hitting the limiter so easily. Just too small of a prop for the hp and ratio the prop is turning. Thanks for your input too!

On the inlet of the jet pump there is a metal plate with a forward facing scooper towards the back of the inlet scooper facing forward. If the pump starves, shim this plate lower with one or multiple layers of plastic to achieve the stacked thickness of shims and finally the scooper plate that stops the pump from starving. Always pay attention that the plate is cutting into the water coming from the front then forcing water into inlet of pump. More shims only help so much till shims and plate start to create drag in the water.

This can be corrected with adjustment to the inlet side but the drag could be overcome with hull modification? Such as wedging or angle of transom? Increase bow height to compensate? (reduce the tendency to completely submarine at the first sign of chop lol)

Very cool. U need to add a support for the exhaust. And consider making the air intake point with a pipe pointing high with a sprint water resistant filter.

Issue I see is the gas tank so close to the header. Also boat is too light weight. Cannot harness the power because it gets bouncy too easily. And third is that those engines are meant to be driven throughout the rpm range. Revved up and geared for a prop to be almost always in the high range will greatly shorten its lifespan. Looks like fun but just not a good engine for this application. But at the end looked better with rider in front and they aren’t hard engines to rebuild.

Use some oil when cutting metal on your lathe,it will save your cutters Also if you put 2 trim tabs in back then you can stop it from bouncing at higher speeds.

That's exactly right. That mini jet boat would do much better with Trim tabs. Plain out An fly.

The jet nozzel is pointed down to much that's why the boat is porpusing...if he adjust the angle a little bit the boat would probly ride smother...on bigger boats we can trim the prop to force the bow up or down ...sory about spelling I can't seem to spell porpusing..hopefully you get what iam trying to say

I admire your ingenuity! That is a nice project! Except for the tack welding, without a helmet! You should invest some of the youtube money in some welding gear to protect yourself, but it would also make the welds SO MUCH stronger if you could see good enough to do a full weld continually instead of multiple start and stops.

What is the material used for the hull?

Like an hood scoop on a car grabs air, what if the water intake under the boat had a scoop about an inch tall and the width and length of the water intake? I am thinking it may keep the jet prop fed with water as the boat bounces. I am impressed at the skills it took to make this boat.

Cant see if it's been mentioned yet but you need to get more weight forwards to eliminate the porpoising. You could add sandbags but that's dead weight...moving the seat forwards 1 foot would be better eliminating dead weight. Actually surprised how well that yamaha pump works with that engine. I want to see a flat out run with the cg issue sorted it has so much more to give. Another spectacular build fella well done 👌👌👌

What gear from the engine are you using? Definitely could handle 2-3x faster prop speed. When its bopping up and down its rear heavy. Only solution is lighter engine or more weight front but more weight always slows it down. The best option is more speed so it will skim the surface and not sink and bop back up and then sink doing a cycle that never ends :) Just my experience with a boat we rebuilt with my dad. We reinforced the rear "too much" and now its light at front heavy in the back and our 15hp motor cannot get it past 18knots and it does a constant jumping motion :D Its not very fun to ride alone, needs a person to sit at front.

И ведь он не один там такой. И любая запчасть есть, материалы любые. И главное нет ГИМСа.. Камеры нигде не висят, морду из воды не снимают. Воля. Повезло им родиться не в тюрьме народов, России. Там даже грязь не видно. Руки чистые.
