🗣️OKQ!! Aside from not having the rotary dials and little glitches here and there if you can work those out I think the screen is dope. Only thing is we can't get the full effect of the screen in the daytime so you should shoot some videos at night so we can see it lit up with all the colors popping at night, now that would be 🔥 I know it would look so good. ✌️

Bro I have one in my Ford fusion for like a year now from Phoenix. Even have live tv on it. Been loving it. Do you know if yours support wireless Android auto or is it only wired. I know carplay supports both but Android auto on mine is wired only. Wanted to see if yours is the same.

TIP: If your touch-screen goes out or stops working, grab a wireless Logitech mouse using one of the usb plugs to connect to the cpu 💡I use it by default now 💯

You will not be find an app to play those movies full screen. You will have to re-encode each video file to a 4:3 format so it will show full screen in the screen you have. The previous screen you had was in 16:9 format. Most movies are set to play in that format and not 4:3.

It’s the same as any other touchscreen radio lol just a bigger screen and steeper price. And also a hazard cause you have to scroll Through. A tablet just to find an app while driving

The gray/black screen upon start up is almost definitely a software issue. Do you receive over the air updates for the display like Teslas do? Otherwise you would have to manually reinstall the software when a patch is released. Like other people have said, the video format of the movies is more or less fixed (meaning in order to fill the entire screen you would need to zoom in which would lose the peripheral part of the movie, distort the image, or rotate the movie sideways-- all of these options are undesirable obviously). I think your best best would be finding an application that will allow you to multitask: allowing you to watch the movie and operate the other half of the screen simultaneously while the movie is playing

Are these performance pages for any srt or bcuz it's specifically for a trackhawk? I have a chrysler 300srt I want to do this but am nervous about the performance pages?

The stock infotainment system runs way better than that eBay screen shit ... no real name brand makes those radios for cars which means they cheap

Had something similar installed in my Nissan cube and my car was broken into . I was devastated, they prolly thought it was an iPad or something.😢snatched the whole screen off but couldn’t get the radio part of it out because the guy installed it did so tight and perfectly lol

For full screen there's an icon when you click the screen that will pop up, click it to change aspect ratio - the App you have is VLC media player, it defaults to the best aspect ratio.. full screen on that will look dumb asf fyi

Would be cool if they made a type of extended swivel mount so you can rotate the tablet

I think it's an app that can force the screen to go full screen mode

Take your phone with you then the CarPlay is disabled. If the car is really close to the store just turn wi-fi off which also disables CarPlay.
