Watching the babies running and jumping just having the time of their lives is the cutest
I think the little friendly lamb should be named Sunshine 🌞 Because every time she runs up to you she makes you smile so big ,like a little ray of sunshine ❤️
I love how when they’re born they almost instantly know how to shake their ears like that it’s hilarious swatch in the mamas nose call me girl your little videos even the longer ones make me giggle so many times I just love it thanks for what you do
I LOVE when you walked up to the creep area and all the lambs scattered except for your 'baby' who looked up and was like 'Mom! I'm coming!' Oh my heart 💜

11:11 OMG you are right too cute
I love it when the mama's are eating and the lambs all run back and forth
5:10 - So cute how even during labor, these ewes start 'air licking' (like air guitar analogy). They are obviously hard wired for licking off their babies. I am sure this licking not only cleans the babies but also stimulates their litlle body parts and circulation. Fast little quick licks. No long sweeping licks. Ewes are amazing cleaning machines! Go mommy! 🐑🐑🐑
Does anyone else hold there breath when Sandi is pulling the babies out ....x

@@cathykeith9121 not sure if you know the answer to this question by now but yes. For the most part. The lambs born every time and weaned get sent to market where most will be for meat but a buyer can also buy them for starting their own flock, whool, grazers for their property etc. She keeps some as replacements to then bred them. If a ewe misses twice, meaning 2 times in a row she doesn't get pregnant during breeding, she sends it to market as well.

I swear I have seen a look of relief of some Laboring Ewes when they see Sandi 😍
Sandi. Very happy for you on your flock scan of 80 plus that is outstanding.
I like the name Butterscotch for the super friendly lamb! Has she been named? The plan for the pen switch up sounds good! The lambs are extra "hoppy" with the change. It was real nice you took the extra care with the weak mom. It's ok Ruby missed, she'll make up for it next time and she's a sweetheart.

Sandi, I enjoy hearing you say "eh" (a). When I lived in ND, we had lots of Canadians visiting and I picked up that little trait! Now I like to tell people how Canada got its name. They threw all the letters in a hat and pulled them out one by one: C "a"? N "a"? D "a"? 😂
Keep up the great work Sandi. Don't forget to take a self care day.
I Love you concern and gentle handling of your sheep. A wonderful inspirational view of farm ranch life A bright spot in my day to watch. Thank you for sharing.
Well done sandi on the scan ....you are going to be so busy being mommy ....so exciting ....Thank you so much for everything you do for your babies xx
Poor skinny momma! I can't imagine the onslaught she got from all the bottle lambs going after her. At least she and her baby are doing well. Did you ever get her hooves trimmed? Hope so. She deserves lots of extra TLC. I think she needs to be named Hope. 💖

Congratulations on the scan!! Thanks for all the updates.
Oh goodness some of the lambs are getting so round and plumb. LOVE that. Thank you so much for posting. New lambs are awesome and congratulations on the SUPER SCAN!
Mom just loves watching this channel!! So she's behind me (I'm at the desk) and I'm listening. You said something about the ewes 'popping'. I thought that was funny and spoke out loud "Girl, they ain't popcorn!". All in fun. I don't watch, I listen as mom watches from her tablet as I work on something or other. You obviously work hard and love those wooly critters.

I just LOVE Billy's mom, she's my favorite ewe of all. This was such a fun video, loved every minute of it!!! Thanks again for yet another great video of your time. Hard to believe the lambing season is almost done and you're soon going to breed again!! Time flies in your barn! My days are complete with Sandi and her Sheep!!
glad skinny mom gets her own spot...I wouldntcwant all the babies bugging me either if I was sick...poor thing😯 so goat and popcorn are in the next group for lambs😄yeah!! wonder if ruby was just sneaky and slipped under the guys noses this round🤔she is a smarty pants😉 but I'm more interested in all the notes frim that gong show group...no milk, retained placenta, toximia symptoms...they were one heck of a mess!
My friends and I are making our Saturday nights a binge watching night of your videos.....I watched them all already but can't wait for them to watch them💞
Sandi, I'm such a goof! When you do closeup of the new lambs I have to give them a kiss. My screen is getting wet!
I love how friendly your rams are and I'm glad that wooly momma is doing better. Still wish her body score was better, but that will take time
those baby lambs are so stinking cute
What you do is simply amazing. Boy, i thought whelping 11 mastiff pups was tough, i commend you on your life's journey, it is beautiful
85% 🤯 Wow that's amazing , prayers for health and an abundance of lambs !!!!!!!!!!!
If my grandchildren were just a little older I would show the triplet delivery. Talk about a ewe happy and standing for midwifing help.. Also the cleaning/massaging and patting to "get them going" was inspiring. Way to go Doc... BTW I have no sheep or farm background. But I'm hooked.
I really wish I could give birth as gracefully as these ladies. Mine tend to lean towards exorcisms😂

Lol, my both of mine were natural but for the first one I was so strong until I got to the pushing and I yelled “I want the epidural now!” they said “oh sweetie, you’re way past that!” Luckily he was born just a couple minutes later. My second was a breeze compared to the first, I think knowing what to expect makes all the difference.
Me and my 4 year old daughter has been watching your videos none stop thanks for sharing we are greatly appreciative of the work you do.
I am getting ready for bed and my husband hears my video...Then he says "Are you sheep farming again?" Yes, I am. I love seeing the babies.
I've seen a lot of Vets using a nasal aspirator to clear the throat and nose of animals. It's quicker and safer. Major Kudos on saving those lamb's lives. You're very good at the care and raising of lambs. God bless you and your family. Your all extremely hard-working people.
Congrats on the scan. You are a good mid-wife. God Bless.
Mama #1 is looking a lot better, still skinny but not skin and bones. She is a phenomenal mom, I hope she continues to improve.
You are really empathic with your ewes and know when momma needs help... Thank goodness too! Nice retrieval....
That "gentle giant" Suffolk ram at the end is sure a nice boy. Congrats on the great scan.

I think she mentioned in one of her videos, that she was giving more space to the mamas and their babies, by making bigger stalls/pens, to avoid those issues.
Sandi when the lamb is backwards like that you should swing the lamb upside down and that will clear out their airways
What a fantastic scan!!!!!
Love you with those hard births! The love you have for them is amazing and special! Those ewes are lucky to be yours!

The audience was awesome! The other ladies from the other pen were watching and then as new mama turned around to tend to her baby, they all walked away like... nothing to see here. Better her than me. LOL.
Oh, Sandi, those leaping lambs are just delightful to watch. Giggles galore!! Yours in gratitude

Those babies are hilarious to watch!
That's so sweet at the end of the video the way that black headed lamb step up there for some affection. Lol people act like animals are expendable and unfeeling and I think that is so untrue.
Yeah!!! I was going to ask if you added the boys to that group and was it the first time for them? When do you replace the boys after how many years do you use them. Love the fall on the farm. Looking forward to winter and something new to do for awhile. Stay healthy and enjoy time on the farm. Hugs from Minnesota

Ram desire, ability, stamina, condition and fertility are key factors. In general ram fertility tends to decrease at about six years of age. Rams in general when older are less likely to be as competitive as younger stringer rams. Physical problems will contribute to early culling. Sandis rams live in luxury and do not have a life outside looking for feed and water. They are less likely to fight than wilder large flock rams.
I creased her ram power???? Am I the only one that giggled at that. You go boys....
I hope you keep as replacement ewes the two precious chocolate trimmed lambs. They are as cute as the black Billie's.
Sorry. I would get nothing done.... I would keep playing with the little lambs. You should be very proud of all the wonderful work you do!! Blessings to you & yours. Loving your videos ❣️
I just love the way they jump up and down
I remember you were worried about the heat last July.
I must admit you are really caring towards your sheep and they obviously love you back it's really nice to see a farmer that is that dedicated to animals it makes me tomorrow to see you have that great bond with them you did a great job keep up🐑🐑🐑🐑
Really nice seeing someone who loves her job.
Those lambs are adorable
I just wanna comfort that mama with the backwards lamb.
