I took delivery of the same CNC unit last month as well. No prior CNC experience but a lot of you tube videos out there to help me learn V-Carve. I agree with you on the quality of the machine. Operating the Machine via a laptop instead of a remote is a real positive. I2R has been great offering support to get me started. I am enjoying learning as I go and have some projects in mind for the future.

I got my Shapeoko XXL about a year ago and it has been a blast and made a little money with it. There is a big learning curve and some frustrations at times but well worth it -- it has been a great addition to my little hobby shop!

That’s pretty good for your first project can wait to see what else you make with that cnc also is that staying in the old shop or are you going to move it to the new shop just wondering great video when the new shop tour coming still waiting on it lol keep them coming
