Your video breakdowns are awesome to watch for the techniques, and equally smooth on the voiceover editing process. I love this channel, and have been consistently applying your Jiu jitsu theories to develop my own grappling game, as well as to force my teammates to improve and counter. Thanks for another solid video

ok a few things. 1. Thanks for sharing all this awesome content. I personally have benefited tremendously from watching your videos and thorough explanations. 2. Congrats to Nicky on the Black Belt! 3. I was rewatching one of your older videos and the production and voiceovers are so much more dynamic and entertaining nowadays. 4. From now on we calling it Worst Case Ontario 😅. Thanks again for all these awesome videos Jordan. Cheers from Guatemala!

Thanks man! Improvement has been a process but I'm getting there! Still a lot of work to do to be less montone but the intonation is slowly coming a long 🙂 Nikki's actually competing today! First tournament since she was a blue belt. I can't wait to see her out there. 2 more hours! I'll make a rolling commentary with it. Only if she wins she says lol

Great to see a mental health ad on male dominant channel. We are men, we like to be tough and we are, but even the being tough we are still humans. Fun Fact, the ad runs over the Jordan vs Bernado roll, which Jordan said "Bernando Kick my butt" so it makes sense to seek mental health after getting smashed. Following that line of though I should get mental health after each and every training session.

I allow heel hooks for all belt levels at my gym. With a healthy tend safe gym culture it shouldn't be an issue. If a gym has to ban them then imo what they actually need to work on is prioritizing safe training. We have a very low injury rate in general. Sometimes when I go to other gyms I see people cranking on subs as if its normal and acceptable 😬
