Honestly the title and the story arent connecting

When Amanda explain to Sophie that her parents are figure collectors it doesn’t sound weird if it counts as a hobby but it doesn’t change the fact that they have been neglecting her and not giving her any proper love and attention that she deserved. That’s why I’m glad that she managed to stand up to her parents for doing what make sense to her.

Amanda's parents don't deserve her if they aren't so neglectful and fight for justice with the innocent this would've been completely different. I feel Amanda has silently "disowned" them, considering she hasn't forgiven nor talked to them yet.

Amanda's parents don't deserve her, and if they are really sorry, they should go to Family Therapy to be better. They should have a fight for the innocent instead of the criminals. They need to have a balance between their hobby and their daughter, actually BE THERE FOR THEIR DAUGHTER is more important than anything else.

I like Amanda she stands up for everything she doesn't think is okay. I think that their parents are common. They never supported or understood it. Amanda just wanted time with her parents. But they didn't give it to her. Fortunately, there is a good ending :)

Amanda is one of the strongest persons out there. After how her parents treated her (I get that those action figures were expensive, but children are the most expensive thing that you cant buy with money) and she found out that her only friend only talked to her because she wanted to get revenge is heartbreaking. If Amanda's parents did the right thing by being lawyers to the innocent instead of criminals, none of this would happen. Not only that, the parents should show more compassion and kindness towards Amanda. Collecting action figures is one thing, but when you turn out the way Amanda parents did, that's going too far. I feel like Amanda have somewhat disowned her parents considering she still hasn't talked nor forgive her parents yet. Those parents brought this upon themselves and deserve the karma they've gotten.

I love the characters and how every story has their own problem but then it’s a happy ending and the animation is cool!

Action figures?

Now, I think we needed a story of vengeful protagonist similar to Amanda but the different is that this protagonist ended up going through with the plan to get revenge, even if it means destroying the family of the targets and harming the innocents who have nothing to do with it. It will be awesome to see the story from such perspective and even better to have this seeker of vengeance still feel empty and not satisfied after accomplishing the mission.

Am I the only one who's on the parents side? I mean, their own daughter didn't trust them. Her friend accused them of stealing and even called the police. Had their priceless action figures DESTROYED and no one payed for them or the damage's. On top of that, the parents didn't even destroy her journal and she ignored her parents for honestly, no reason at all. Sure, they did neglect her, but besides that, they didn't do anything to make her hate them so much.

I agree. I'm on the parents side of this. Not only did Amanda betray her parent's trust in regards to making a story based off them WITHOUT telling them, but then she indirectly gotten their action figures destroyed and yet she has the gall to call them selfish. It makes her look nothing more than a spoiled brat, in which truthfully she is, considering her parents while somewhat neglectful, they did make sure she was taken care of.
